Maybe a drink to loosen up?
“Hey Alex you got any ****?” You call from the couch.
“Sure, beers or tequila?” He shouts back from the kitchen.
“Tequila. I need a fucking shot!”
Moments later he arrives with two shot glasses and a brand new bottle of tequila. He cracks open the bottle, pours each of you a shot, and throws his back. You follow suit, the spirits stinging your throat on the way down.
Much better. Some of the tension and anxiety fade, and a warmth starts to build in you. Alex grins at you from across the couch and you feel an itch in your shorts, making you blush and look away.
