It starts off quite chaotically!

"The first challenge of the race is the tunnel!" Present Mic declared as everyone gathered. Izuku stood with the crowd, ready to start running, trying to figure out the trap, before it clicked, that the tunnel itself was the trap... it would be a free for all just for everyone to try and get through it, as there wasn't enough space for everyone to go through at once, unless someone could go above the crowd. He looked around, trying to guage who else might have figured it out. He noticed Setsuna and Ochaco were whispering something to each other, and he blinked, wondering what they were planning.

"Start!" Midnight shouted, not doing a countdown, same as with the Entrance Exam. This time, no one fell for it, and just started running. Izuku, channeling five percent of One For All, dashed forward, other students with speed boosting Quirks charging ahead as well. Izuku made sure to make for the nearest wall of the tunnel as the crowd converged. Unfortunately, he hadn't been able to clear the crowd, even with the speed boost, too many people in the way... so when they entered the tunnel, and started essentially crushing against each other and panicking as they realized the issue, Izuku jumped, hitting the wall, then kicking off of it to the opposite wall, moving above everyone's heads in a zigzag.

That is, until a patch of ice appeared on the spot he was next about to kick off, causing him to slip off of it, and hit the floor hard. "Ooof!" he grunted, before looking up to see Todoroki moving overhead, surfing an ice ramp he was producing, quickly claiming the lead.

"Get back here, Icy Hot!" Bakugo was shouting, propelling himself overhead with his Explosions. To his surprise, Ochaco and Setsuna were not far behind: Ochaco had used Zero Gravity on herself and Setsuna, and was holding onto Setsuna, while Setsuna was using her detached arms to pull them both along swiftly through the air. Izuku however, quickly recovered, having at least managed to clear the struggling crowd, and started running forward, in third place currently, behind Todoroki and Bakugo, and staying ahead of his teamed up girlfriends. Tsuyu, taking a leaf out of his book, was using her jumping skills to go from wall to wall over everyone else's heads.

The six quickly cleared the tunnel, and a bunch of robots from the Entrance Exam appeared. "And now comes the Robot Inferno!" Present Mic shouted as Izuku gaped... at least five Zero Pointers were among the robots.

"...well, fuck me... and not in the usual way," he whined. Where did U.A even get the budget for these things!?
