Champion of Aphrodite

Jack Temple was finished. Washed-up. A soldier discarded by the world, betrayed by his wife, ignored by his stepdaughter, forgotten by the system he once bled for. His strength was buried under scars and beer cans—until the Goddess of Lust dug it back out.

Hitting rock bottom, Aphrodite descended to the lonely cell he’d been confined to. She didn’t come to save him, but to use him. And in doing so, she offered him a rebirth.

Chosen as her mortal Champion, Jack is gifted the tools to corrupt, dominate, and reclaim his place atop a new order. His mission: spread divine Lust, conquer the will of mortals and gods alike, and bring down every proud soul that stands in his way.

Other gods are waking. Other Champions have already been chosen, having been given a headstart compared to Jack. Unfair, some might say. But Jack may be starting behind, and he may have a bulging belly honed through beer and pizza, and he may have been given powers not really suited for war and battle. But he’s also seen more combat than any mortal alive.

Once a Delta, always a Delta.

• Fights, battles and an erotically themed progression system

*The story after the prologue does have a somewhat slow burn (which is why I stole GRRM's trick and wrote a more steamy prologue to hint at what's coming) which will gradually turn into quite the inferno as the narrative threads are put into place and Jack's power set expands. I've written around 90k words of the story and can therefore assure you that the rising steam will turn into an erotic Chernobyl soon enough.

**Certain details of the story will or may change during the journey. I wrote the first chapters a while back and mixed up some details as I went back to writing it. As of right now, there's only one continuity error I'm aware of, but there might be more. Feel free to point any out if you notice them. I will put a note at the start of a chapter if I've changed anything that was earlier established.
