Coming to Earth was a fertility goddess, Malamaya, she was intrigued by the unnatural formulation of Lal's birth so she decided to check it out, only to be pleasantly surprised by the surplus of people on a random mud ball. It wasn't like humans were the largest population for a single planet their size, it was more like it was an oddity for so many members of an intelligent race to be on such a world considering its various parameters and limitations specific to Earth.

So, since she was already there, Malamaya decided to bless the world with her power by transforming every woman into a pregnant lady about to give birth. Malamaya was having so much fun that she turned philanderers and transgender men into fertile women and turned dudes failing to pass her 'hunky' rating into futas. Of course, that meant that these chicks and futas also became pregnant, but for Malamaya, that was something she was happy about. The only ones who weren't changed and made pregnant/genderbent were underaged people, but Malamaya knew how to offset that by calling in a friend.
