You are most inconspicuous on your own

You now leave the hut without a partner and see a fairly open forest not far ahead of you. You can also see a small river meandering along the edge of the woods. There is only a small jetty behind the hut, where the boat will probably dock to pick up the eliminated.

The forest is probably the best place to go alone. It offers good cover and certainly a chest or two. It is also probably the best place to find shelter and, if necessary, attack from ambush or set traps.

You move cautiously through the forest, which actually becomes denser relatively quickly. Some distance away, you hear scattered screams, but you can't really tell whether they are coming from a man or a woman. Either way, you decide to take it easy for now and avoid confrontation as much as possible until you feel a little safer.

At least that was your plan, but then you hear a rustling sound nearby, followed by a cracking noise...

You immediately duck down and sneak in the direction of the sound to see what you're dealing with: You catch sight of a fairly young woman - her back turned to you - who is apparently trying to build herself a shelter out of branches and undergrowth.
