These seven were the Allied officers selected for the Super Soldier project.

Hydra discovers the location of the laboratory and sends an assassin named Heinz Krueger to kill Erskine. Erskine orders his men to treat the seven officers and turn them into super soldiers, injecting the women with a special serum with "vita rays". After the experiment, the women become taller and more muscular, Krueger kills Erskine and escapes. Peggy and Sarah go after Krueger, but the assassin commits suicide with a cyanide capsule to avoid interrogation and proclaims the sentence "Long live Hydra".

Each of the women is given the title of captain, seven captains from seven countries and their group is called the Amazons.

They are sent to different fronts and wherever they go, they achieve great and valuable victories and lead to the victory of the Allies.

After the end of the World War, politicians divide the world into two parts and the Cold War begins and each country plans to use its captain in a mission.
