Visit and offer from Max

Dana got off from her bed and opened her door revealing Max.

“Hey Dana.”

“Hey Max.” She smiled. “Do you want to come in.”

“Sure.” Max accepted Dana’s offer and enters her room.

Dana sat down on her bed and asked. “So how’s your date with Kate and Kyle?”

“Oh it’s nice.” Max blushed. “He brought us to this new Korean restaurant that recently opened in town.”

“Oh that’s nice. I could see you are enjoying it very much.” Dana **** out a smile looking at her blushing friend.

Max noticed the sadness in Dana’s face and immediately changed subjects.

“I’m sorry Dana. I don’t meant to hurt you. The reason I came here is I wanted to check on you see if you’re alright.”

“It’s okay Max, I had a talk with Juliet and I’m fine right now. It’s just…”

“What is it?” Max raised an eyebrow.

“It’s just…” Dana started . “I’m honestly really happy that you were able to find such a nice boyfriend. If only I could find someone as good as him or the same could be said for Logan and Trevor.” She sighed.

Max was surprised about Dana saying that and an idea appeared in her head. Maybe she could invite Dana to join their little harem since Chloe after spending her time with Kyle told her that he used to had a thing for cheerleaders and Dana happened to be part of the cheer squad. A devilish smile appeared in her mind but she tried to keep a straight face.

However she was also curious about Dana mentioning about Trevor. Max decided to ask. “Aren’t you and Trevor dating?”

“We actually broke up recently as it turns out we weren’t suitable for each other. But it was on good terms though so we’re still friends.” Dana lets out a sad smile.

Max remembers what she saw at the hallway and began to connect the dots.

“So that explains it, Logan wants to get back with you after finding out that both you and Trevor broke up so he’s been bothering you lately.”

“Yeah… he’s been really relentless and it’s starting to get both annoying and scary.” Dana sighed deeply. “Not sure how long if I could survive that.”

“I understood Dana.” Max nodded sitting beside Dana placing her hand on Dana’s shoulder comforting her.

The two stayed silent for a short while before Max opened up. “Hey Dana.”

“What is it Max?”

“What do you think of Kyle?” Max asked still trying to keep a straight face.

“Why do you ask? Isn’t he your boyfriend?” Dana frowned at Max’s question.

“Nothing, just curious what do you think of him.”

“Well I gotta admit.” Dana scratched her head a little. “He’s kinda handsome. He’s seemed pretty nice, caring and sweet based on a few talks with him even though like you said he’s new to this dating stuff. Not to mention he also seemed like a loyal and responsible person unlike Logan.” The thoughts of Kyle and the image of him at the basketball court started to appear in her mind. Dana shook her head trying to shake that image of him despite Max just sitting beside her.

Max noticed that look on Dana’s face and a small smirk appeared on her face.

“Dana.” Max said catching her attention. She turned around looking at Max with a wide grin on her face. “What if I told you that you had the chance to be together with Kyle?”

“What?” Dana’s eyes went wide.
