Just a few rooms left...

"Hi, we'd like a room for the next two nights," Blue tells the receptionist.

The receptionist's professional smile never breaks but she does give the two of you a good look up and down before responding. "We do have a few rooms left-"

"Perfect, we'll take one!" Blue interrupts. He turns away from the receptionist to rifle through his bag but you see the scowl grow across her face, annoyed that she was interrupted before finishing her explanation.

"We do have a few rooms left," she begins again, "but they are all deluxe suites, several times more expensive than our regular rooms. We've had to turn away several young trainers who couldn't afford them."

Blue turns back to the receptionist, disappointment obvious across his face. He definitely didn't want this to turn into a difficult decision. He sighs and nods his head. "However much it costs, it's better than sleeping in a tent on the edge of town."

The receptionist places a piece of paper in front of Blue. "Here are the prices for the rooms still available," she tells him. You peek at the prices over his shoulder and wonder why he needed to steal all your money if he can afford the prices in front of you.

If he can afford them, that is.
