The First Night, Part 2
While Sera was showing the contestants the transformation shop, Aífe had made her way up to the top floor, where she’d apparently be staying for the next 3 months. The elevator doors opened, revealing a short hallway leading to a beautiful mahogany door with a plaque reading “The Lily Suite.” Yeah, that tracks. She thought to herself. Not sure I would have expected anything else. Opening the door to her suite, she was greeted with a small entryway for people to leave their shoes, which transitioned into a luxuriously soft white carpet floor. Several vases full of pink and white lilies were placed in various spots throughout the suite, suffusing the rooms with a relaxing floral scent. The furniture inside was less ornate than she expected—it all looked very well made, but also lacking in ornamentation. Aífe was glad to see it; she wasn’t sure if she would have ever been able to fully relax if she was constantly worried about breaking something. There was a large tv on the wall across from the plush white sofa, and she briefly wondered to herself what type of programming Sera would have available, before concluding that it would probably be porn. Turning to look at the adjacent rooms, she saw a small dining area leading to a kitchenette to the right of the entrance, while the left led to her bedroom and bathroom. She stretched, feeling the stiffness that had built up over a stressful evening, and decided a shower would probably be the best use of her time, instead of just waiting for Sera to get done with the tour.
“Okay, now where did she put my stuff?” She wondered aloud to herself as she walked into her bedroom. A massive bed draped in white satin sheets commanded the attention of anyone who entered. Aífe disregarded it for the time being, and made her way across the room to a door she assumed led to the closet. Opening the door, she was surprised to see a room the size of her bedroom back home, filled with all sorts of dresses and shoes. “Geez, at least give me a bit to get used to being a girl,” She groaned. She began searching for some sleepwear to change into, and found some fairly quickly… but almost all of it was lacy and provocative—the type of clothing you’d wear in bed with a partner, rather than what you’d wear if you actually wanted to get some sleep. “Seriously, can I please just find some pajamas, or something?!” She dug through all sorts of sexy clothes before finally finding a pair of lavender pajama bottoms and a soft, black cotton t-shirt.
“Phew, that was way harder than it should have been.” Aífe sighed, exhausted from the day’s ordeals. Now, I just need some underwear. She opened the top drawer, having braced herself for whatever scandalous undergarments Sera had prepared for her, only to immediately shut it. Yep, those were dildos! That’s the dildo drawer, apparently. She blushed, before opening it halfway to take another curious glance. On the second look, calling it “the dildo drawer” wasn’t giving it enough credit—there were all sorts of sex toys, not just dildos. Vibrators, anal beads, buttplugs, a strap-on, and even some that Aífe wasn’t sure what they were supposed to be. Closing the drawer once again, she moved on to the second drawer… where she found the panties she was looking for. Immediately pushing aside all of the thongs, G-strings, and crotchless panties that Aífe had been expecting Sera to put at the front, she reached further in and managed to pull out a simple pair of purple, bikini-style panties.
Clothes in hand, she made her way to the bathroom, discovering that it held both a large stall shower, and an absolutely massive tub—easily large enough to fit all 9 of them, and probably a few more if they really tried. She began removing the clothes she had been given with the transformation, twisting around as she struggled to remove her bra. Unfortunately, that which had been put on by magic had to be removed by hand, apparently. As she finished disrobing, she caught a glimpse of herself in the mirror.
This is really… me? She had to fight back tears once more as the realization hit her for a second time that night. For the first time in her life, she felt right. She felt complete. It was as if she’d been playing a third-person game, controlling an avatar that someone else had designed, but now—she was finally experiencing life in first-person. Erica wasn’t lying; I really am pretty. I never thought anyone would be able to say that about me—I’m pretty… I’m pretty. I’m pretty! It took all her self-control not to start jumping with joy. She finally broke free from her reverie and turned on the shower. As it warmed up, she stared, daunted by the wall of various products she had never used before. Well… she knew soap, she knew shampoo and she knew conditioner, so she figured she’d leave it at that for the evening.
She marveled at how vivid everything felt now, enjoying the hot water beating down on her stiff body, washing away all the tension she had built up. She made sure not to focus too much on the sensations from her new anatomy—she knew Sera would be up there soon, and she didn’t want to get distracted. Another time, Aífe. She assured herself. Just not tonight. Finishing her shower, she toweled off and patted her hair until it was reasonably dry. She dressed in the clothes she had picked out and walked back into the living room of her suite—just in time to hear a knock at her door. She opened it to find Sera on the other side with a tray of food and a… clipboard sized mirror.
“Thank you for bringing me dinner, Sera.” She warmly welcomed the Host into her suite. As much as part of her was telling herself to be wary of Sera, she couldn’t deny the overwhelming feeling of gratitude for everything Sera had done for her in the past couple of hours.
“Of course. I’m glad to see you’ve already made use of some of the amenities. Though—I must say I’m a tiny bit disappointed that you didn’t pick one of the bolder outfits I had prepared for you.” Sera looked saddened that Aífe had rejected some of her clothing ideas.
“You’ll have to give me a bit of time on that.” Aífe looked away sheepishly. “I might try them eventually, just… not right now. Cut me some slack, Sera—after all, I’ve only been a girl for a couple of hours.” She said as Sera led her to the sofa to sit down.
“You’ve been a girl all your life, dear.” Sera gently corrected. “You’ve only had that body for a couple of hours.” Aífe smiled at her words. Sera set the tray down on the coffee table, removing the cloche to reveal a steaming bowl of potato soup, topped with bacon and cheese. A hearty chunk of fresh bread sat on a plate next to it, coated in a thin layer of butter. Aífe’s stomach growled at the sight and smell of it, prompting a soft chuckle from Sera. “Go ahead and eat, dear. I can do the talking for right now.”
Aífe ate as quickly as she could while remaining polite about it, while Sera gave her a rundown of everything she had explained to the others. Aífe was surprised at first, and concerned, when Sera told her about the transformation shop, but calmed down after being assured that all of the changes available there were voluntary. When Sera was wrapping up her explanation, and Aífe was finished eating, Sera handed her the mirror she had brought with her.
“You can think of this like a tablet, of sorts.” She explained. “It’s set to respond to your touch, and no one else’s, so you can just tap it with your finger to use it. It can display everyone’s current scores, and also has it’s own version of the shop that I showed the others to earlier.” Aífe’s eyes widened at that. “Go ahead and take a look. You have every option available from the store downstairs, and you can even purchase transformations for other people—a privilege only you possess.”
“Okay… but how will I purchase them if I don’t have any BP? It’s not like I can earn any from the Best Girl Poll.”
“Not to worry, dear. You’ll be given a stipend equal to the amount you would have gained with the average score on the poll. Since the average score is always 12.5%, you’ll receive 2000 BP each week.” As Sera explained, Aífe checked the store page to see that she indeed had 2000 BP. She scrolled through the available transformations until she happened upon one that had proven very popular that night.
“Ugh, can’t say I like the name. Isn’t that kinda misogynistic?” Aífe looked with distaste at the Girls Don’t Do That option. She hesitated for a moment before clicking the button to purchase it. The name sucks, but I can’t argue with the benefit. Of all the ways I’m looking forward to getting acquainted with this body, that is not one of them.
-300 BP (1700 Remaining)
“Oh, and one more thing before I leave you to your rest.” Sera pulled out a simple, but finely made, wristwatch. “If you rotate the bezel, the surface becomes a mirror with similar effects as that one. Though the only function this one has is displaying the score. Well, that and the ability to tell time.” Sera chuckled. “You can also set it to vibrate when a contestant’s VP total is updated, though it won’t do so while you’re asleep or engaged in intimate activities. I’d hate for it to distract you, after all.” As Sera grabbed the tray and stood up to leave, Aífe grabbed her sleeve.
“Wait! Before you go… I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask.” Aífe pleaded, and Sera turned to see the Mistress looking down, face filled with doubt. Sera sat back down and waited for Aífe to continue. “It’s just… why me?”
“What do you mean?” Sera replied, puzzled.
“What’s so special about me? Why was I chosen to be Mistress instead of one of the others—or anyone else for that matter? I mean… do I really deserve any of this?”
“That’s a rather silly question. Of course you don’t deserve this.” Sera answered bluntly. Aífe was taken aback by her response, the doubt in her expression growing further. Sera reached out and gently placed her hand on Aífe’s cheek “Please don’t be upset, dear. When I say that you don’t deserve any of this, that’s because no one does. Think about it—imagine we chose the most pure, kind, and generous person throughout the history of humanity.”
“Okay…” Aífe was still unsure where Sera was going with this.
“Now ask yourself: does that person deserve a harem of beautiful women, permanently bound in sexual servitude to them and transformed to match the fetishes of that person and a faceless audience of perverts? No offense to our viewers, of course.” Aífe shook her head in response to Sera’s question. “Then there’s no point in trying to hold yourself to that standard, dear.”
“But I still have to be held to some kind of standard! With the way this show is set up, I could ruin their lives on a whim! Hell, you could argue that I already have.” Aífe looked down guiltily.
“And how is it that you have ruined their lives?” Sera held up her hand to prevent the retort that Aífe was about to make. “You were not the one who brought them here. Just as you were chosen as the Mistress of this season by chance, so too was it chance that brought them here as your harem. I could have chosen 8 other acquaintances of yours, or I could have chosen 8 strangers. In the end, I chose 8 people who could very well have a happy future with you, if that is the path you all choose.” Sera gently held Aífe’s hand and stood up. Aífe stood as well, following her lead.
“But how do I do it? What if I’m not a good Mistress?” Aífe still wasn’t convinced.
“The fact that you’re this concerned about the wellbeing of your harem members shows that you’re already better than many of the Masters and Mistresses the show has had. You’ve no idea the amount of thoughtless cruelty inflicted on countless contestants by the ones they’re bound to.” Sera hugged the Mistress. “The most anyone can ask of you, dear, is that you try your best to become someone that the others would want to spend the rest of their lives with.”
They broke the hug after a moment, and Sera gathered the dishes from Aífe’s meal before heading toward the door. As she was crossing the threshold, she turned at the sound of Aífe’s voice.
“Thank you for the encouragement, Sera.” Aífe smiled, feeling much better now. “And for of all this, too.” She added, gesturing to her new body.
“Of course, my dear. I’m happy to help.” Sera replied. “Now. If there’s nothing else you need at the moment, I’ll leave you to your rest. You’ve got an early day tomorrow—breakfast starts at 7:30, and you’ll need to be in the dining hall by 9. I’ll send someone to show you there in the morning.” She curtsied with her free hand, balancing the tray on the other. “I look forward to working together, Mistress Aífe.”
“Actually, do you think you could stop with the whole ‘Mistress Aífe’ thing?” Aífe looked to the side, fidgeting nervously. “It’s a bit embarrassing.”
“Of course, my dear. Tell me, would you prefer the staff call you ‘Lady Aífe’?” Sera offered an alternative.
“Um… yeah, that works.” Aífe blushed and looked away, attempting to hide just how much she liked the sound of that.
“Then goodnight, Lady Aífe.”
“Goodnight, Sera.” The door closed, and Aífe sighed, exhaustion setting in. She went back to her room, laid down in the comfiest bed she had ever been on, and was asleep almost immediately.
