To beat the Matriarchy

In this wish scenario, Belgium -A person, not the country- was born as a man in a world where male and female power roles were reversed, but the gender gap was never bridged, in fact, it got worse as modern situations led women to form tight sisterhoods and basically despise all men. In this wish, Belgium wished to defy the system and bring equality using a wish to beat the matriarchy, but how this is done, to what result, and the outcome of all of this has yet to be decided until the wish is cast
