Chapter 8 by MilfMaid MilfMaid

What's next?

One Horny Bitch~!

Oh hi! You guys are caught up now? Awesome! Time for the real show to start!

There is absolutely nothing better than swinging through the bustling streets of New York City! All of the lights and sounds rushing by, the smell of raw sewage and delicious roadside hot dogs somehow even more appealing than normal! Not to mention the sounds of random citizens staring up at me in awe as they go about their every day lives.

Look at her go! She’s so cool!

How does she do that with those webs?

Oh my God~! Look at that ass in that suit~!

And my absolute favorite part? Swinging by the Daily Bugle billboard and listening to JJ make up some dumb story about me working with criminals, or how I’m some sort of menace to society. It’s kind of funny hearing what her insane brain could come up with. Of course, only in short doses. I tried to watch her news show one time and it was the exact definition of brain rot.

However, swinging through the city was only part of the job… the other part comes into view as I see a rush of police cars going through traffic down main street, alarms blaring as an entire squadron is in tow. My eyes widen underneath my mask and I quickly change course, swinging away from JJ’s grey nose hairs and making my way towards the commotion. Usually the excitement of something this big was exhilarating! What was it? A riot? A gunman? But something about this felt… different, wrong! My spider-senses were usually good with immediate danger but even as I swung myself closer and closer to the commotion it’s like it was screaming at me, telling me to go away. But I couldn’t! Something was wrong and I needed to help any way I could!

By the time I caught up to the commotion I swung myself directly to a police blockade, which was currently blocking off about 3 square blocks and keeping people away and safe. From my position I couldn’t see any immediate danger, and the sounds of crowds and sirens was blocking any real sounds. But something in the back of my head… that itch… this one just felt different.

I saw Captain Stacey standing and giving orders to her other officers on crowd control and what their next moves should be. If anyone could get me caught up to speed it would be her but… I’ve had a bit of an issue talking to her ever since my breakup with Gwen. Sure, Captain Stacey doesn’t know who’s under the mask, but every time I talk to her, the way she stares, it’s like she knows. It also doesn’t help she’s a spitting image of her daughter, so talking to her is like talking to a more mature Gwen. Still, she was my only chance, so I quickly whip myself around, do a flip in the air, and land on the roof of her squad car.

“Spider-Woman???” She screams loudly in a panic, and a few officers turn their guns in my direction. It’s not something I’m not used to at this point, with the narrative that JJ is pedaling the reaction to my presence can be a bit hit or miss. Luckily Stacey has my back still… for now. Hesitantly, but she still does! “Stand down! She’s not the enemy! Put your weapons down and get these civilians to safety!” She screams to her other officers who hesitate, but then follow orders as they move to crowd control.

“Next time I come visit you, can I be greeted with flowers instead of pistols?” I ask as I stand, a small grin below my mask that the Captain can’t see.

“Maybe if you showed up without the stupid outfit, and under better circumstances.” She says in an annoyed tone, rolling her eyes at me and growling as she puts her gun away. She has always hated asking for my help, but every time I showed up it at least made her feel better.

“What? You don’t like the suit? I think it makes me look hot! Body suits are all the rage this year in Coachella!” I chuckle, swaying my body from side to side playfully to make my titties bounce and ass wobble so much you can practically see it from the front. The Spider-Suit brought out the curves that Petra usually kept hidden away in her baggier clothing, putting every curve and crevice of my body practically on display. “What’s the situation?” I ask, getting more serious as I take a look out into the empty block. “Because you guys setting up a perimeter like this makes me feel like I’m about to enter a boss fight in Dark Souls.”

Before the Captain could even open her mouth I heard it for the first time… a roar so loud that it practically shattered the windows of the building next to us. It wasn’t an animal… at least not entirely. It had human traits, a low groan of pain that I’ve heard from previous fights. But it was elevated, harsh, and primal. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but before I could think too long my attention was pulled back as the ground practically began to shake, the car below me bouncing around and vibrating as the sound only got closer and closer.

“We weren’t expecting an earthquake today, were we?” I ask, and without waiting for an answer I web myself up to the top of a lamp post and perch myself, looking down to get a better vantage point of the situation, and what I saw almost made me have to change my spider-pants.

LEAVE. ME. ALONE.” A deep, heavy voice roared as the ground shook below us. Boom. BOOM. _BOOM! _It wasn’t an earthquake… those were footsteps. Her footsteps. In the distance I saw a large, grey, humanoid figure, rushing towards a group of cops that just narrowly got out of its way as it charged forward, head down, knocking a police car in the air and out of the way, crashing into the building next to it. That armor plating it’s using must be insanely hard and durable… and light too for it to move like how it is. It only got faster as it came closer to me, and that itch in the back of my head turned into a sharp pain, telling me to run, and that I wasn’t ready for this. But seeing the fear on the face of these civilians… I had to do this.

The creature got closer and as it did I got a much better view of it. It looked human, but that wasn’t armor. Her skin was grey, plated like rock, with long white hair that sheltered a bright white horn sticking from where her nose should be. I’ve never seen anything like this before… it didn’t look real! But here she was rushing towards me… charging like a… like a Rhino!
