You turned 19 yesterday and were just moved into the prey dorms. While it is fairly common for an Eevee to pred, it's hard for them to due to your fairly small stature. You were lucky enough to get a room all by yourself. Well, at least you're alone now. You had a rattata friend, but he was dinner last night.
