An Oasis

You see the verdant green surrounding the crystal blue of an oasis. Knowing legends of men spying illusions in desperation, you temper your approach but can't help picking up the pace as you see the image holding. Soon you're rushing through the undergrowth to the water's edge, quickly kneeling down you take several deep drinks from your cupped hands. Removing your sandals you soak your bare feet in the cool water.

"Ah~" you sigh and flop back grateful for this brief respite. "So, I'm in the middle of enemy territory, indistinguishable from any one of them. And now I've separated myself from all of them..."

With a sigh you sit back up and eventually stand up. Time to see what this oasis has to offer.
