Chapter 3 by Beast79 Beast79

What next?

Just what I needed

Staring at the Rulebook Xander knew, intellectualy, that there were hundred of things he could do for the common good, for the good of all man kind and all that kind of high ideals stuff. Poverty and injustices and all that kind of stuff. Things that required a great deal of time and thought to get right. Time and careful thought, not something he was known for.

However....

He was a recently dumped man with a hankering for ****. He had been thinking up ideas that would make Cordelia rue the day she had decided to dump him during the dance. He had at least a thousand fantasies that would turn the tables on who was suffering. The thing that had prevented his **** from happening was the basic fact that he lacked the ability to make reality his bitch.

But now...

Lets see, what was his best **** plot so far? Or at least the one he liked most...

New Rule: Harmony and the former Cordettes have begun a plot to over throw Cordelia as queen of the school. Having pressured her into dumping Xander they know she is weak to peer pressure. At the start of this week they started a campaign to turn the school against Cordelia by highlighting what a complete bitch she is. The other kids, hating having to deal with 'Queen Cordelia' and secretly knowing Xander's a good guy and didnt deserve that, will agree and ostracize Cordelia for being such a big bitch. Cordelia will be the school pariah by the end of the school week.

New Rule: At the end of the week, **** for acceptance and love Cordelia will go to Xander and try and reconcile with him. Only now she is willing to do any number of things she normally would not in order to appease Xander and seek his forgiveness.

Xander smiled as he suddenly found himself with a few new memories. Things were already underway. Memories of Cordelia being frozen out of her clique and the school at large much to her shock. The school all but sneering at her. He got a lot more sympathetic smiles from girls and a few more sad pats on the back from guys. And the crowning memory was of Cordelia sitting alone by herself with her stunned surprise look turning into absolute resigned misery.

Now all he had to do was sit back and wait.

Well... maybe he could make a few more rules. Little rules. Inconsequential rules.

Who'd mind?
