A strange proposition

Akari stood before a large wooden door, being left there by Laura. While the rest of the team is preparing a fleet of ships and gathering the goods, she was tasked to... satisfy the king. Akari of course didnt want this at all, but she was told her position as a partymember would be taken away if i wouldnt follow along, atleast according to Laura.

Not wanting to risk being cast out, she knocks on the door of the kings chambers. She waits for 60 seconds, but the doors still dont open. Confused she walks off, hoping that the party would understand, but somewhere in the halls of the palace she comes across a door with a huge guard stood in front of it. Immedietly the large man sees her, and starts to speak. "The king doesnt accept visitors at this time. Move along."

Akari would have done so, only if the guard had not mentioned she could complete her mission. "Why isnt the king in his usual chambers? I was told i coupd find him resting with the queen." The guard doesnt even react, just blocking the door with his huge body. Akari gets annoyed. "I just want to help the king, please! My team told me i had to be there for him."

And before the guard could act, the king suddenly opens the door, wearing the same rones she had met him in before. "Did you find something already? Do you have a cure? Come in, come in! My wife is excited to meet you!" As he talks, he grabs her by the wrist and pulls her into the room. It seems to be a mix between a royal bedroom and a medical operation room. She looks over at the bed, who had curtaina shielding the woman laying inside, but she was laying very... very... still. The king continues "my queen, Akari has found a way to cure you, come, wake up!" He leans down and strokes her hair, his smile disappearing. "It seems she is still sleeping, she is fighting the poison so hard, im proud of her."

She is not moving, stiff as a... as a... you open the curtains carefully, she looks like a corpse, her skin darkened and very little flesh remaining on her body. You gasp from fear, but after 4 seconds, you finally see her belly move just slightly... she is alive. "Isnt she beautiful?" The king asks, clearly in love, refusing to see the state his wife is in. How was she able to complete her mission like this? She cant ask him to do anything... weird right now. Not with the queen so close, and in this state.

"Im sorry, Akari. I know why you are here. Layla had heared Laura talk to you. Im.... im very much uninterested in cheating on my dear queen, you look beautiful, but my love simply lays somewhere else. Im sorry your friends arent the ones you had hoped for. Please, whatever you do, dont leave them, help them on their mission. If they are going to use you like i expect, they are still my only hope for a cure. I promise to make you a noble with your own piece of land if you succeed, and anything else you might desire, in exchange for the price you will have to pay." He sets you aside on a small sofa and holds onto both of your wrists.

"Lets stay here a while, make sure your party believes we had a fun time together. How much experience do you have?" Akari is relieved to hear the king isnt interested, even more after seeing the queen in probably her deathbed. "I honestly dont have any... i dont realy remember a lot about what happened before they picked me, everything is a bit blurry, but i dont think i had a boyfriend before. You would have been my first."

The king smiles with empathy. "You know what is goimg to happen when you get back to your friends, right? They were not that subtle about their desires." Akari nodded, understanding the situation she is in, but the king offers a solution. "By tradition, we have a royal brothel, but personally i have never used it. If you want, i can have a beautiful man give you a wonderful first time, so it can be consentual, would you prefer that? Or a woman perhaps?"
