Thanks so much for the offer, I really appreciate it. However, a restaurant may be moving too fast since we're just meeting for the first time.

There's a nice Coffee shop I like. What if you take me there? We can have a drink and talk, get to know each other better. And maybe, if this date goes well, we can rain check the restaurant?
