Heroines' Inter-dimensional Asylum Escape

How far will your favorite female characters go to survive this strange new world?

Chapter 1 by lonewolf038 lonewolf038

In the stories, tales, and legends we grew up with over the years we always see good triumphing over evil, the hero (or in this case the heroine) defeating the villain, and living happily ever after (or at the very least, moving on to the next adventure as a better version of herself).

However, there is the occasion, or more accurately a possibility, that things go wrong. To be specific, there is a constant chance the timeline of each heroine's story grows a branch; a branch that veers off in an unexpected direction, and resulting in very different outcomes than what originally occurred. Some outcomes are considered better than what happened in the original timeline (so we just ignore those branches), but most branching timelines lead to negative consequences that range from bad, to tragic, to dark, to outright gruesomely apocalyptic. In many of these apparent "bad endings", the heroine which we follow in the story suffers greatly, and often leads to them dying; at least thats how it seems. Thats where the "Rehabilitator" comes in.

The "Rehabilitator" is a being of unknown origin, wields a lot of power, and has an apparent soft spot for strong and beautiful female heroes. Not wanting to see ANY version of these great heroines die horribly in any timeline, he uses his vast reach and unrivaled abilities to pull the doomed heroines from their worlds at the very last moment before their demises. Once retrieved, the Rehabilitator brings them to a strange world of his own design. Now naturally, the trauma of being at ****'s door coupled with whatever other trauma suffered, only to be suddenly whisked away to some foreign world would take a massive toll on anyone; mind, body, and soul. It's with that in mind that instead of just dropping the rescued heroines into their world and leaving them to their own devices from there, the Rehabilitator would transport them to a special, highly advanced asylum that he set up on his world; an asylum manned by a well trained and capable staff (some of which happen to be heroines/former patients themselves).

Patients who are first brought to this complex will wake up in their cell (unlike prison cells, these are built with comfort in mind with a comfy bed, and computer with some form of internet connection) with little to nothing left from their original world (many cases without even any clothes). The point of heroines' stay in the asylum is to help adjust to their new setting, and give them all a chance at a fresh start. Unfortunately, the residing patients typically don't seem to be cooperative, and will consistently seek to escape. That being said, the Rehabilitator won't make it easy for them, and will **** any would-be escapees to face many obstacles standing between them and what they perceive as freedom. Should the patients' attempts to flee fail, they will suffer a penalty that ranges in severity from revoked privileges, to **** labor, to varying levels of bondage to make escape less appetizing, to outright invasive and body altering forms of latex dronification. Now the Rehabilitator does believe in some form of fair play with the heroines' escape attempts, and has covertly provided the escapees with a means of overcoming the his various obstacles with ease. The problem with said means is that they are either... "restrictive", or "transformative" in nature with a chance for permanency.

With all that was said in mind, should the heroine patients actually escape the Rehabilitator's asylum, it should be noted that neither he, nor his staff, will give chase since this is his world. The Rehabilitator won't **** the heroines to go back; after all, this is his world, and they are free to live in it as they please (so long as they don't try to kill each other). However, the heroines' challenges don't necessarily end after escaping the asylum.

Let's just say that the Rehabilitator has a bit of a kinking side which contributed greatly to his creation of his world.

Now with the lengthy exposition and lore dump out of the way, it is time to follow the tale of a newly arrived patient at the Rehabilitator's inter-dimensional asylum; a heroine whose journey took an unexpected turn for the absolute worst, leading to, in the eyes of those from her world, her apparent demise, only to be taken away from her world (or if you are an otaku, Isekaied) and brought to a cell in the asylum where she shortly wakes up.

Who is the patient/heroine who wakes up in this cell?
