Family Meeting
Once she had calmed down, Raithe gathered everyone into one room that she had affected directly, and a few that she had not simply congregated there. Joi, for example, sat beside where you were nervously seated. You reached down and pet her head idly, noticing that as her roots grew out, her red hair that reminded you of Kara was in fact purple and pink. It was not a huge detail, but it was a funny coincidence, to think that she chose that colour, of all things, to dye her hair. The poor bunny. Kara sat back, mostly just soaking it all in with a familiar, black expression. There was some minor recognition that there were far more Foxes in the room than usual, but not enough to consider it any sort of sentient response. Jeane placed herself on the opposite side of the seating area to Raithe, strategically. Luire sat with you, and Teuta was standing, tapping her artifice foot on the floor.
As you fidgeted you felt a hand squeeze your shoulder. It was Vura standing a little behind you to the left. She leaned down as Raithe paced back and forth.
“Are you okay?” She asked.
You were not sure what to say. “I don’t know.”
“That bad, huh?” She knelt down beside where you’re seating and tried to get a good look at you.
“More worried about the outside or the inside?”
“Both.” You admitted.
Vura cocked her head to one side. “Mmm, nope. Think that’s still you in there.” She winked at you.
“Shame. Bet you were wishing you’d get some crazy, bombastic personality to go along with those ears. Instead you’re still just Fin.”
You smiled weakly. “You think?”
She made a face like it was obvious and nodded. “Oh yeah. I can tell.”
You did not ask her how, because you knew she was just trying to make you feel better. It worked. You steadied your breathing.
“Thanks.”
“Oi.”
“What?”
“Do you think becoming beastfolk means you can hold your liquor like one? We should test it.” Vura offered conversationally, ruffling your wavy, short dark hair.
“Woah, soft…” She commented.
You laughed, covering your mouth. “Thanks a lot.” You finally felt well enough to stop fidgeting and look up to Raithe. She was much more nervous than you were. Heilan stood behind her, at attention. You stood up.
“Raithe, it’s time to tell us what happened.” You felt a pang of guilt as you confronted her, and a blush washing over your cheeks. You backed down quickly as she stopped and turned.
“I-If you want.” Your ears flattened to your head and your tail curled down.
Raithe rushed forward in response to your posture, hugging you and stroking your hair. Her hands idly rubbed up and down your ears, scratching and petting them until they stood up again.
“No… No no. I don’t want you to be like that, Fin.” She claimed.
“You can tell me when I’m wrong. You have that right. You can tell me when I am doing something I shouldn’t.” She paused, hesitantly adding.
“And you can ask me for the truth whenever you want it…”
“Y-you’re squishing me.” You groaned.
“Sorry!” She let go of you, lifting her hands to your face.
“Are you okay?”
You nodded. “I think so. But… What happened? Why did this happen? Did you-”
“No! I did not intend for this to happen.” She added under her breath.
“So soon…”
You squinted. “So you intended this to happen over time?”
“L-listen. It was unavoidable with you, because you were already being guided along the process by Kara, and you had reached the point of no return. One way or another you would become one of us. But I was hoping I could’ve had more time…”
“What about the others? I don’t care about myself as much as them! You did this to all of them, even Heilan, right? Who else?”
Jeane raised her hand. “I almost got it from her before she was stopped.” She stated, only to get a withering look from Raithe. Jeane shrunk beneath the gold-eyed glare that the fox levelled on the elf.
“Raithe!” You scolded.
“Stop it.”
She lowered her head. “I’m sorry. The truth is, for Heilan it was a matter of helping the group. She was a spy for Djir. I could tell. The Prince was your natural enemy, you knew that.”
Your eyes widened. “I see. The Prince, too…” That made sense, but you pushed back.
“Heilan could have been redeemed. It was- It was my fault to begin with that she was like that.”
“I… Think that Miss Raithe was correct.” Luire interjected.
“As someone in a ‘neutral’ to ‘unfriendly’ position to all of this, I actually agree. It seems to be the case that a spy in our midst could have ruined our escape.”
You looked down. “Fine. But Luire, she **** you, didn’t she?”
Luire shook his head. “Not exactly. I was going to agree to become this.”
You sat beside him, shocked by the admission. “Why?”
“It’s been my instinct that Miss Raithe has had your best interest this whole time. I never trusted Miss Kara, and she solved that problem. The fact that she betrayed her own to do something that is blatantly against her interests is even more proof. As for why? Well…” He shifted and sat, his tail’s tip wiggling behind him.
“I just want to be of help to the Hero, because it’s my opinion that you are one, and the world needs you. Miss Raithe is trying to let you become what you want, where Miss Kara was trying to change you. I believe that this change was unintentional.”
“Luire…” Raithe looked touched. Some of it at least could have been driven by his instinct to serve and favour his creator, but a good portion of it was genuine. Most of it was.
You relented, having to believe Luire’s words. You could also tell that he was being genuine. “Fine. Then what is the explanation for Teuta?”
Teuta nodded. “Yes! What- what do I do!? What does this mean for me?” She whined.
“Just as I got my arms and legs back I change into… This. Am I like this permanently?”
You nodded to Teuta sympathetically, then looked to Raithe, waiting to hear a good answer like with Heilan or Luire. Instead her face blushed deeply.
“I-I was-” Her shoulders slumped.
“Jealous.”
You leaned forward, placing your head in your hands. “That’s so dumb…”
“W-why!? I didn’t do anything!” Teuta insisted.
“You did not try?” Jeane asked.
“Well… Yes, but I respect boundaries when told no, as well. So I gave up.” Teuta argued.
“Please tell me I’m not permanently altered.”
“Oh, you are.” Jeane commented from the side.
“Eh?” They all looked over.
“I can only see a dying trace of your former selves. You are all fast becoming like that dreadful Kara, and this other fox. The same signature. The same gender.” She looked at you.
“No!” Raithe panicked.
“This is why I needed more time! I- we need to find a way to stop it!”
“I’m turning into a-” You looked down nervously.
“A girl?”
“You seem smart, elf! Jeane! Please help me fix this.” Raithe demanded.
Jeane leaned back. “I-I don’t understand this at all! What can I do!? Both Fin and Luire’s masculinity are fading!”
“Uhm…” You had no idea what to do. It seemed hopeless. Beside you Luire shook. It must have affected him most of all, as someone that was trying so hard to not be seen as a girl with his small, feminine shape. In a sudden move Luire lifted his head, grabbed you and kissed you deeply. The feeling was strange. Embarrassment. Surprise that you enjoyed it. In your mind the elf was still a boy, but you still liked the feel of his lips on yours with that in mind. Even a little tongue. You wondered if that was a part of it, or if it was something he added. Rathe’s eye twitched as she watched, but you could see that she was holding herself back, and you were grateful for that. Luire was trying to help. You and she knew that. What he was doing was far more than a kiss. But in the moment, you only saw it as such.
“W-what are you doing!?” Both you and Raithe said at once, though your words were more muffled.
Luire gasped as he broke the kiss. His cheeks were bright as tomatoes. “Take it. Take what I have left. All of it. Take it for yourself and maybe you’ll be able to hold on where I couldn’t.” Luire offered with all his heart.
“O-okay…” You leaned back and felt a sense of guilt was over as you instinctively let him. You felt part of him pushing into you, but not in a sexual sense. It was like part of his Soul and Identity were pouring out of him and into you.
“Hero…” Luire begged.
“Now give me parts of you that have changed. That are changing!”
“How?”
“You know how! This is what we are now. Feel it.”
You sighed, unable to pretend you could not. You traded with him. The femininity you felt leaking in was given to Luire as he pushed his masculinity that had begun leaking out into you. After a couple of minutes he sat back, exhausted. Looking down, you supposed it more accurate to say she was exhausted, as the pink-haired fox had lost any bulge and instead her right pants showed the outline of a cute pussy. She was an attractive, slender girl with very shallow mounds on her chest in the way of breasts. Flat, but not without shape to her new body.
Meanwhile you were not perfect, but you could feel yourself being as close as you could get. You had your cock, as small as it was, and your virility in the form of the small pouch beneath it. You had a more androgynous and tomboyish shape that betrayed your identity just a bit, but you definitely still felt male.
You watched Raithe kneel down and take Luire’s hand. “I will never, ever forget this, I promise. You are NOT a servant or anything else. Until the day I die you are my equal for what you have done for my love. I acknowledge you.” Luire just gave a weak nod. Raithe released her hand with a pat and a sigh. She finally turned and hugged you tightly.
“I’m so sorry, Hero… The Aura, I think it affected me. I think it still is. It wanted me to change. To make it better. To improve.”
Jeane nodded. “I believe that, due to perceived trauma, you were becoming the primal that would have been created. Perhaps part of you still is, but you have gotten it mostly under control. Primals are driven by whatever fancy struck them to be born. In the case of this, I am positive the spirit was that of innovation.” She paused, thinking up a name.
“The Artificer.”
“Get that tasteless title away from me. I can make it better if I just think for a little bit.” Raithe insisted. Jeane smiled subtly at her, causing Raithe to blush at what she was unconsciously doing.
“Okay. I see your point and may need your help in the future.”
Jeane nodded slowly, averting her eyes as she admitted. “I would be lying if I said I was not interested in this to an intense degree. What you are. What you can do with this power from within your mortal form.”
Teuta stepped forward. “Wait, could this be why I feel a closer connection to my limbs than before?”
“What do you mean?” You stood up attentively, despite your tired body only wanting to rest.
“I have feeling.” Teuta offered, opening and closing her hand.
“It should be impossible…”
Raithe turned away from Jeane to acknowledge Teuta. “To begin with, these limbs are something powered by your soul. Our kind has a mastery over our Souls to a greater degree than others. You are simply using your given gifts as if it’s second nature. Your soul remembers the shape of your body.”
Teuta looked amazed. “I’m more responsive… I also feel control over parts of these limbs that I never did, like they’re an actual part of me.”
Raithe smiled. “Still upset?”
Teuta gulped and scratched her cheek in a rather natural motion. “I-I suppose it has it’s advantages and perks.”
Raithe nodded, trying to bring the group, and you, over to her side. “Like longevity.”You all looked up as Raithe spoke convincingly, like a natural orator.
“You all who have been made this by me will outlive anyone else in this world that you can think of.”
“Even elves?” Jeane asked with wide eyes.
Raithe smiled and nodded. “I am aware of my mother’s other creations that have been around since the beginning. Not hundreds, thousands of years. No sign of slowing.” She explained in a tone designed to stimulate temptation.
“So much time to do everything. Even those-” She centred a pointed gaze on Jeane, who looked and sounded like a deer in headlights.
“Who are naturally long lived. They will fade and grow old while you all continue to remain as you are now. No… Stronger. The time you have grants much time to training.” She said to Teuta.
“Study.” She nodded to Jeane. Finally she looked at you and smiled.
“Eternity is a long time to have to defend this world, Hero.”
You nodded, feeling a bit hypnotised. You all were. “It does sound like a lot. I could do so much.” You remarked.
Jeane was biting her lip. “I-” She stopped, clutching herself and closing her slender thighs.
Raithe turned. “No. Go on. What is it?”
Jeane seemed embarrassed and bashful to act. “I want to live for a very, very long time.” The elf admitted.
“But most of all I want to study and understand-”
Raithe nodded excitedly, a predatory gleam in her eye. “Yes?”
Jeane looked up. “You.”
Raithe loomed over Jeane, growing incredibly hard at the sight of the pompous elf becoming a quivering submissive mess. Her back was to you, so you could not see, but Jeane could. Her eyes were saucers. Raithe felt your eyes on her, and bit her lip. She stood perfectly still, dreading the reveal. All the elf had to do was say a word.
Jeane read the room and shook her head. “W-we should talk in private.” She stood up strategically and, much to Raithe's surprise, made a wall between you and her so that you could not see anything. Raithe looked back at Jeane gratefully.
“Come… I need to discuss the details of this with you away from prying ears.” Jeane kept the lie going.
The moment they were in the other room Jeane lifted her dress and sat, spreading her legs. Raithe took her, eliciting a moan. Raithe covered her mouth as she rammed into Jeane’s cunt.
“No sounds.” Raithe whispered.
“We don’t want it to slip what we are doing.”
Jeane nodded, giving Raithe the reason to uncover her mouth. Instead of moaning Jeane breathed heavily. That was fine in Raithe’s book.
“You want this?” Raithe grinned.
“Yes…” Jeane whispered, getting incredibly hot and sweaty. She wrapped her legs around Raithe, hooking her heels behind her back. She threw her head back, staring right up at the ceiling.
“I meant my cock.” Raithe embraced Jeane, whispering into her sharp, twitching ears.
Jeane still nodded. “Y-yesss.”
“Not to the same extent as Luire, but I am indebted to you, Jeane.” Raithe explained.
“I-” She thrusted hard, eliciting a small, quiet yelp. Then another, and another.
“Pay back those who I owe, and those who owe me.”
Jeane nodded ecstatically. “I understand… J-just please. Do it… I have no attachment to this version of myself. This strangeness I’ve always felt.”
“Very well… You know, your kind were the originals. Coda was the one who took your people under her wing and split them off from the others. Now I can take you under mine…” Raithe explained.
“I- I see.” Jeane panted. She was too pleasured to listen.
In the sitting room with the closed door so close, and what they were doing behind it, you sat and thought.
“Now that she’s out of the room, are you all really okay with this?”
Heilan nodded. “Miss was right. I was totally gonna betray the group.”
Luire simply offered a tired thumbs-up.
Teuta looked to be in thought. Finally she decided. “I feel better than when I was normal. This body is very, very good. Everything feels good.” Her blonde tail wagged to show she really was telling the truth.
You sighed, sitting back. “Okay.” Your cheeks flushed.
“I guess I am, too.”
