"Hey, Rachel," the drive-thru worker said, "haven't seen you in a while!"

"Hi, Mike," Rachel chirped back at the worker, who was another classmate of the girls, "just pulling through."

"Yeah, we're short staffed so I'm kinda busy," Mike chuckled, "I noticed Melissa's still bundled up in this heat. That must be some great air conditioning."

Melissa blushed furiously, but was grateful that Mike thought she was fully clothed.

"Oh, you wouldn't believe!" Rachel kept Mike out of the loop of Melissa's shenanigans with a smirk as she was handed their food.

"Nice talking to you!" Mike said as Rachel handed the food to Melissa and the redhead used the bags to cover herself some more.

"You, too!" as Rachel took the drinks from Mike and put them in the cupholders before pulling out and leaving.

"You know, Mike's kinda right," Rachel turned to her friend, "it's a bit hot to be wearing that jacket, plus you might stain it. Why don't you put it in the back seat?"
