Let's train while you're there.

The fact that Shirayuki was acting so friendly, and that by the sound of her words, she was the teacher that Rei and Douma found, helped you greatly to calm down. Even if you knew that the Chaos Legion was in fact not trying to kill you by any mean, you still needed some more time to get used to it, as you just found out.

"We are indeed ready to learn, Shirayuki." Calmly answered Douma, confirming your guess about Shirayuki being her and Rei's teacher. Another voice was heard slightly later, Kogai's voice, as she was watching you from the middle of the training ground.

"Hey Adam ! Maybe we should start training again, since you have slept for so long !"

"Seems like we will all learn a thing or two today." Then said Rei with a little smile. "I hope we'll be able to fight stronger foes with this."

"I'm here for that !" Exclaimed Allit as she came up to you. "I am the strong one for master here !"

Hearing this coming from her made you sigh. She was indeed right, yet you didn't really like the fact that she seemed to brag about it. You won't say a word about this though, choosing to come up to Kogai, who simply said when you got to her, with a little smile.

"I hope you are not going to train with your fists, Adam."

That's when it hit you : how could you have forgotten your weapons ? It made you feel quite dumb, and you even felt your cheeks get slightly warmer because of this silly mistake. So you turned around and ran back into the manor, quickly getting to your room to grab your weapons before going back outside, meeting Kogai once again, who hasn't moved an inch, letting you gather your breath for a moment before eventually saying.

"We have to work on your habits, as it stands, but that is not my main concern. Melda will help you with this, while I am here to teach you all you need to know." She said, stopping to glance at Shirayuki, Rei and Douma, who started their training already. You looked at them too, only to look right back at Kogai when she added. "We should start training too, or else we will have to make up for our loss of time."

You only nodded to answer her, before a long training session began. Well, you started by working out to reactivate your muscles, and it was a good idea, since it made you understand just how weaker you've got if you had to compare yourself to before you got almost killed. Despite your muscles still being there, having only got a touch smaller - how did they not get far smaller than this, you had no idea -, it did not take long for you to feel the exhaustion starting to get a toll on your body.

Afterwards, Kogai gave you a small five minutes rest, before starting your real training, which lasted for the whole day. Like Rei and Douma were doing on their side, you were reminded of what you learned already, before Kogai started teaching you new ways to use your weapons. Each new way to use them opened a world of possibilities, and even though you knew you wouldn't be able to remember all of them by the end of this training, it will for sure help you greatly. More ways to use your swords made for more flexibility in fights, and this was what you truly lacked.

You did not want to rely on your dagger to attack by surprise either, but Kogai spent a surprising amount of time teaching you almost all you needed to know about using one. It was understandable, since once again, it only meant more flexibility for you, but you weren't really focused on this part of the training, which made it last far too long for you, because of yourself.

When the sun was halfway under the horizon, both Kogai and Shirayuki decided to stop the training, leaving three quarters of your party to get back to the manor simply to let yourselves fall on the couches of the living room, while Allit just followed you with a smirk. Allit only watched all of you training while eating some meat of an unknown origin, which made you pretty annoyed at times during the training if you were to be honest, at least this time she wasn't making any comment.
