Something deep inside you told you to trust the demons. Did the previous hero really become a demon her self? Cass returned your old armor and the two stepped aside to let you work on the temple's puzzles yourself. She had holy or celestial magic, was able to cast healing and cleanse. It was odd for demons to be able to do that… but it was clearly light magic so you trusted it.

As you began examining the first puzzle room you could hear the two girls in the other room.

“So do you want to?”

“I am not sure how she feels about open relationships yet… so I would rather wait to talk to her about it.”

“Woah… you? Only one partner? You are serious about this girl aren’t you?”

At that point you felt bad about listening in and got to it. Clearing the temple was a surprising amount of work. In games all these types of things were easy, but moving giant stone blocks, rotating giant mirrors and avoiding timed spike traps is a lot more exhausting when you were actually expected to move your body.

Still after what seemed like hours of testing your physical and mental fortitude, the pillar of light containing the Hero’s Shield was in front of you. Gold with silver trim it was decorated with an elaborate pattern that didn't have any clear meaning to you but was clearly symbolic of something. Hesitantly you stepped forward, taking the sacred relic into your hands.

Your body was cleansed, you wore none of Cassiopeia’s gifts. You even left the corrupted sword with the demons, using your original instead. And yet as you held it, the gold portions of the metal turned black. Without needing to compare the two, you already knew the new black patterns matched the sword.

As you returned to the first chamber you overhear another conversations.

"This must be a real shock for her, but it is proof, I think she will join us eventually."

"Then I will defer to you on this, but I doubt Cetus will be as understanding."

"Cetus is just a muscle head... I can deal with her."

"And what of Fornax?"

"Fornax doesn't need to know."

It sounded like Cassiopeia was genuinely on your side... but all this wasn't going at all how you expected. The original hero had become a demon… what did it all mean. Deciding not to eavesdrop anymore you walk into the room.

"My love you are back, how did it... ohhh"

"Huh... so the corruption is coming from Paras herself how strange..."

You lower your head, somehow ashamed that you are the corrupted one. As tears filled your eyes warm arms enveloped you.

"Hey... there is nothing wrong with you..."

"But..."

"Do you really believe all demons are inherently evil?" Cygnus says then.

You had to think... you didn't think either of them were particularly evil... especially not Cassiopeia. She was a bit horny... but that wasn't the same as evil. This was a isekai fantasy world... so there of course was a chance that the church was evil... that the humans were the evil ones. Many stories went that way... but why were you corrupting the artifacts.

"No...” you finally said.

"Then that is probably why this is happening."

"What?!" both you and Cass say at once.

"Let's say you are correct and that the original Parsa gave up her humanity to become a demon. Then if this Parsa's magic is drawing from the soul or template of the original... it would start with a body as the casters intended, half celestial and half human. However I propose the soul would remember that it was half demon and half celestial. So as you accept demons as people... your soul is reshaping all that human into demon."

She then casts a spell on her eyes which begin to glow bright silver.

"Yep, I can confirm, fifty percent celestial, thirty percent human and twenty percent demon, give or take."

"So I am turning into a demon?"

"What, no, maybe? You will have to want that to happen and have a pretty strong catalyst." She waves your concern off.

"No no... but you are becoming less human, in your magic. That shouldn't have any real effect on anything except... hmmm... your connection to the artefacts… and I guess our kind wouldn't be able to feed on you anymore?"

"Feed on me?"

"You know... demons gain long life and health from consuming human semen and breast milk."

"Is that why you..."

Ever since your breasts started producing milk she had been sucking on them like crazy.

"Guilty as charged." Cassiopeia said.

"Ok, so it won't affect any of my skills or appearance... unless I want it to?"

"Yup... celestial magic is the magic of creation so like the original Parsa... if you really want it... or your body feels it needs to fit that form and you have a catalyst of some sort you could become a pure succubus like the Slutqueen or Cass here."

"Pure?"

"Yeah... you will notice I don't have any animal in me, unlike Cygnus."

Cygnus spreads her black wings, the ones on her hips as well as her head to demonstrate.

"Cass is half celestial half demon."

It was all a lot to take in.

"Ok, it is going to be dawn soon, so we should decide what we are doing and move..."

"I don't want to rush you..."

You nodded and started to head for the door but Cygnus spoke up.

"May I join you two?"

The words washed over you as your mind continued to mull over all you just learned.

Am I corrupting the sacred relics?

Am I already corrupted?

Was it caused by the time I spent with demons so far?

Or like Cygnus suggested just my acceptance of it all?

Suddenly you snapped out of your self-reflection realizing that both demons were staring at you expectantly.

“S-Sorry did you ask something?”

"I asked if I may join your party Hero. Like Cassiopeia I would very much like to get access to your pussy and am more than willing to aid you on your quest. You will find me as competent a combat Caster as Cass is a Healer."
