Ready to jump you… or not

As soon as you saw that she had chosen a parking spot slightly more secluded than last time, you knew something was going to happen. You were slightly further away from the building but the whole area was still well-lit, making it easier for you later to get back to the car.

She parked the car and almost immediately undid her seat belt, quickly moving and crossing the middle console in an attempt to sit on top of you. She was flexible enough to get the job done and you were happy to move to accommodate her, putting your legs together so that she could put her knees on either side of the seat with her butt now resting on your legs.

She moved close enough to kiss you but kept some distance apart from you when you moved your head forward to meet her.

I know Emma would have been happy with that but, with Sarah there I…” Grace continued to say, her thoughts briefly going on topic as you saw her look away but she quickly focused her eyes back on you.

“Anyway, you’ve teased me for long enough today so I’m going to do the same to you” she announced, the grin still not disappearing.

Unlike Lucy’s more evil looking expression that told you that you were going to find yourself in some trouble, Grace’s was filled with more joyous wonder, as if she was getting to play a prank for the first time. For some reason it made you want to play along with her even if you knew that it was at your expense.

“You do know that if you tell me you are planning to tease me, it doesn’t work as well” you joked back, not seeing her falter in the slightest.

“You’d think that but I think I’ve known you long enough now that whatever I’m going to do to you, it’s gonna work.” she replied, her confidence making even you have doubts.

You wanted to continue teasing her but she did exactly what she had planned. She kept her lips dangerously close to yours and just when you thought she was finally going to move in for the kiss, she pulled away just when you thought you had the chance. Her hands moved slowly down your body until she got close to your crotch and when she took a deep breath in as if finally taking the chance to touch you, she brought them back up to your neck and added another level of frustration back towards giving you a kiss.

“I think that’s enough for now” she said, climbing back off of you and getting back to the driver's seat.

“I don’t know what you could possibly mean,” she replied, getting out of the car and heading to the trunk to grab her things.

You were once again briefly stunned but once you got your bearings, you unbuckled your seat belt and chased after her, grabbing your own things and heading around to the back of the car just as Grace was closing the trunk.

“You got everything?” she asked, acting like nothing had happened in the car.

You were about to ask her more questions but you saw a car pull up close by and Jessica got out, not letting you have the conversation you wanted to without it being exposed to other people.

“Ah great timing as always Jess” Grace greeted with a smile, shooting a coy look your way that told you that she loved not letting you ask her anything else.

Grace had a brief conversation with the driver of the car who from a quick look appeared to be Jessica’s mom, the two of them have a quick catchup before Grace leaned back from the window and the car headed out of the parking lot.

That left you briefly alone with Jessica and she didn’t even look in your direction, giving you no good way of starting up a conversation even if you wanted to.

“You two ready to head inside?” Grace asked in her usual cheery tone, looking back and seeing you both with less than pleased expressions.

“Great, let's get going” she added, choosing to ignore the looks she got and expecting you to follow her to the front entrance.

You and Jessica both stepped forward to follow her but Jess slowed to be behind you, not wanting to stay at your side and making it even more clear that she didn’t want to talk with you.

The silence was getting to you but it felt even more awkward to do anything about it in this moment. You would have needed to basically sprint to catch up with Grace and you were sure she would try to go even faster when she saw you just so that you couldn’t talk about what happened in the car.

Even if you did the opposite and slowed down to speak with Jessica, you knew she would just avoid you at best and you didn’t even want to imagine what would happen in the worst case scenario but it certainly wasn’t how you wanted to start the conversation with her if you hoped to try and repair the relationship for Sarah.

All you could really do was grin and bear it for now and wait for the right moment to present itself.
