Not Angel who is now the server

Demon is so thrilled that she could not hold in a victory yell but is now trying hard to keep from gloating. She doesn't want to deal with her dad since the fight is over and play nice is in effect for the night. She already knows what her rule is going to feel so good.

Angel thought it she could win. The hate she feels toward Demon at the moment is almost enough to make her break her persona and smack the ugly bitch. She can't do that as both Robb and his parents are here. Angel sticks her hand out towards Demon with a fake smile if someone actually looked at it and says, "Good matches so congratulations."

Demon blinks a couple of times before reaching out to shake the hand. She does a quick shake and releases Angel's hand but Angel doesn't and gives a couple of quick pumps while squeezing. Demon then smiles back at Angel like she just watched a little kid do something cute which Angel reacts to by releasing Demon's hand.

Angel fights off a snarl and asks, "So what is your rule for tonight?"

"You are going to be the serving us for the party. You will be getting us drinks and food that we want," Demon says with a small grin as she really wants to scream at Angel to learn to be the bottom most in the group.

Mrs. Fields says, "I will allow that as long as everyone does not try to keep Angel running. I expect people to eat and drink what they ask for and also to not just ask for something that is gone in a couple of minutes to ask for something else."

Angel turns to Mrs. Fields and gives her a smile and thanks her.

Other than James staying on the couch, the young people all gather around the coffee table on floor cushions to play card and board games. James plays the board games but passes on the card games. He doesn't talk much which then Robb and Angel are told that he can get annoying when it is a subject he wants to talk about. He glares at his friends while they do that.

Seki just continues sitting next to Robb which allows him to ask questions occasionally when he thinks of something he really wants to know.

This means only one spot near Robb and Demon makes sure to grab it which puts Angel stuck not being near Robb.

Angel just bites her tongue since Mr. and Mrs. Fields are just relaxing as they seem to want to just be where their son is. She knows he crashed yesterday so this is their first chance to just watch their son after years apart.

Xandria and Lisa at times seem almost in sync which is because they have been best friends since 3rd grade. Xandria is a bit more fierce and reckless with Lisa being a bit more blind to other people's emotions and what her actions might cause. They keep each other steady unless they find a reckless action that just seems right. This explanation is accompanied by a story of how they caused a huge fight at a school function that parents were attending. Xandria and Lisa saw two people sneak into a classroom and went to the spouses of so the girls decided to inform the spouses that the other half of the couple were seen entering said classroom.

Angel just says mostly quiet and does her duty of getting food and drinks. She doesn't think she needs to get friendly with Demon's friends.

Robb talks about how he mainly reads and plays games when not working or doing school and Demon tells her friends that he is pretty boring.

After around 3 hours, they take a break. Robb goes to his room to check on his phone to see if anyone has sent a text. He expects to hear from Ness.

Demon comes in on her phone, "not right. I can't talk more right now." She hands her phone to Robb.

Robb takes the phone and says, "Hey, Ness. Wish you were here."

"I do too, brat. Mom told me that you crashed when you got there so I decided to wait to call and was checking with Mona that you were not busy. I will try and visit soon but not sure when."

"I hope everything is ok. I was not told a lot," Robb says.

Ness interrupts him from saying more with her reply, "Don't worry. I am sure things will work out right."

Robb thinks she doesn't sound as confident but doesn't know what else to do. "Ok, then will look forward to your visit," Robb says cheerfully as he will be glad to see her.

"Ok, Happy Birthday and you will get your present when you see me. I don't want to keep you on a phone so get ready for a bear hug and talk to you later."

Robb hands the phone back to Demon and sits down. He waits for her to leave as she says goodbye to their sister.

Demon surprises him but coming up to him and says, "You should give me a quest as not really that long before you miss a chance."

Robb had not even though about Quest Master after he got involved with setting up his pc. Robb turns around and pulls it up and goes to Demon's profile. He quickly enters a quest to give him a hug to get a warning.

Robb quickly taps the n key. He looks at Demon and says, "Sorry," as he types in a new quest.

"Oh, you get a perk. I don't know what perks do yet," Robb exclaims as he confirms the quest.

Demon stops his and asks, "Why would you make me do that? You know we are not getting along and it is not like she will be here long."

"I did say sorry and now really, really mean sorry as you were not here when I saw Angel. She is going to be staying with us as she will start school here in the fall. Can you tell me why you two are fighting?"

Demon is red in the face and so Robb hugs her. She doesn't want to hurt Robbie so she can't tell him what she knows as she has no proof and he isn't going to believe her intuition as Angel doesn't let people see who she really is. She just hugs him back for a couple of minutes.

"You would think it is a silly thing. I promise you that it is not and if you are ever in a place that I think you can understand then I will tell you. Ok?"

"Ok. You can skip the quest. I can still give you one more before cooldown is reset and it is just a silly game, magical or not," Robb grins at his sister.

"No, I will do it and you can give me another in just a moment. Mom will be happy to see me trying to be good to Angel," Demon informs him as she heads out of his bedroom.

Once in the hallway, she stops and tries very hard to not punch the wall. She mutters curses under breath all the way till she is about to enter the living area to stop for a moment. She counts to 10 forwards and then backwards slowly and enters the room. She moves towards the group and stops beside Angel.

"May I give you a hug to say sorry for my reaction when I saw you?" Mona asks.

This requests makes Angel frown but nods her head as she can't imagine anything bad happening with parents watching.. It is just a quick squeeze and Mona backs away from Angel as her phone dings. She sees Robbie has come back. Demon thinks she isn't getting another quest right now to see she got 2 XP and a 2.5X Nemesis multiplier. She glances at her profile.

Demon isn't worried about what the reward for the quest is and seems simple enough. She decides to check out her perk first.

SOOTHING TOUCH: You can have your touch soothe and relax people. The stronger the emotion, the stronger the reaction.

So it is like a freaking emotion masseuse. Demon smiles as she thinks of how she can use this.

"Hey, we should get a group photo for the birthday boy so he can show he didn't spend it gaming in his room." suggests Demon.

Demon's three friends on the floor agree and she sees James shrug. Angel doesn't seem to want to. Demon knows Angel will as Mrs. Fields is in mom mode as she gets up which seems to wake Mr. Fields and starts arranging where everyone will be and if should get the digital camera or just use phone camera. Mrs. Fields decides on phone since not really dealing with anything that her digital camera would be needed for. Once she has everyone where she wants, she sets the timer and rushes back to stand next to Mr. Fields and puts her hand on Robb's shoulder.

Mrs. Fields had put Angel and Demon next to each other at Robb's shoulder opposite of her. The phone beeps the countdown when Demon realizes how stiff Angel is being. Demon thinks it is a perfect opportunity to test out her perk. Demon touches Angel's hand with her own while concentrating on soothing Angel at 2. Angel takes a heavy breathe at 1. As the phone snaps, Angel has started to fall.

Demon automatically catches Angel on one side and Robb grabbed the other. Angel jerks a few times and opens her eyes. Mrs. Fields quickly is getting some water while everyone else stares at Angel.

"I am ok. Must just be the travel and I am tired now," Angel gives as an excuse. "I guess I might go to bed and rest. I am sorry for this Robb." She looks at him with a weak smile.

"I crashed yesterday so don't think I am going to stop you. Do you know where your room is and does someone need to help you?" Robb replies as his mother is handing the water to Angel.

Angel takes a few sips before asking to for help to get off the floor. She says she knows where her room is so will get what she needs for using the bathroom and then head to bed which has Mrs. Fields informing her that she will go with her but will just stand outside the bathroom door.

With Angel heading to bed and Mr. Fields had been asleep, the party seemed to be a good spot to stop. Lisa drives big SUV so says she will take the rest of the group so that Mona can stay. Mona hugs her which invokes a slight shiver.

Robb and Demon get their dad heading to his bed before they move together to help their mom by putting things away. It is like the family never were separated. They talk as they are taking care of the food.

"I used my perk on her. Do you think it did something wrong?" Demon asks.

"Probably not. I think Angel was too tense and the sudden relaxation just made her collapse."

Robb stops and thinks for a moment before adding, "I don't even know how she got here. I think she was just too stiff and so everything came pouring out. We should pay attention though as I could be wrong. Angel might not even tells us."

"Ok, no worrying. If done with that then how about my friends," begins Demon as they get the dining room and kitchen taken care of.

They both go to say good night to their mom as Angel is now in her bed. Robb lets Demon go first for the bathroom.

Angel is trying not to cry, yell, or curse as it won't help her figure out what happened to her. She has never felt like that and she feels a need to know what it happened tonight. She is mostly mad at herself because her control slipped. That should never happen. The people in charge don't stop for sure trivial things as there are better uses for time.
