Seeing the new authority option and special ability option, Samantha saw in Joseph's eyes that he was looking at his systems without letting others see them, remembering how her father did the same thing when she was little, cringing at all the lovely dovey crap her human father and demon mother used to do, then remembering how much of a freak her father must have been to find a masculine and war breed demon as attractive. She then remembered that she needed to help Joseph, asking to see his True Demon Lord system and explaining that she made it after modelling it after her father's "MMORPG system". They aren't what made Samantha strong but they were meant to mimic her power and hopefully help Joseph ascend to a higher form of strength, only intervening since it was too much of a hassle to chase him down from another dimension. As for how she did it, it had something to do with her overwhelming power enabling her to mess with reality and access the system cache, not being strong enough to simply grab a system from this mysterious and powerful interdimensional organisation, resulting in her creating her own out of spite, acting like a normal system but without the influence of this mysterious organisation.

After seeing Joseph's True Demon Lord system, she explained that the last 2 were powerful abilities that were like cheat skills in isekais. Even Samantha didn't have the strength to add these into the system on its own so she had to add the mission slot which is the only thing the system organisation can influence by giving out missions with rewards and no penalties. As for the special ability slot and authority slot, they needed to be selected from a list to get his cheat abilities with these abilities ranging greatly from an infinite algorithm that taps into the magic of the worlds. Authority: Sex

With these 2, Joseph could now activate his authority over sex and use it to initiate sex between himself and others at his own will and whims, being able to choose the type of pressure that causes intercourse whether it's lust, pent-up libido, love, arranged marriage, ****, etc. He thought he could use this to get more women and to escape people like Samantha who he could at least keep up with in sex. As for the 'relationships' power, Joseph picked it because it was ambiguous, finding out that it allowed him to borrow powers, skills, authority, traits, and so forth from the people he had a relationship with, romances being the strongest form of a bond he could lend with.
