Going to the canteen

Susan and me walked to the canteen. When we had our food, we walked to our usual table at the back of the room.

Of course, Renee and her girls, were sitting at a table where you have to go by them. “Oh, here they are. Our favorite couple of looser’s on their way to their corner, where they can kiss each other.” Typically Renee, she and her...friends...is left behind in the last century. Lesbianism, Wokeness, are foreign words for them. Giselle, Bianca were laughing of course. I payed attention to Maya, I saw her grinning, but it wasn’t a laugh. She looked down. Maybe I should talk with her alone some time? And Sarina? She looked at Renee and said, “Oh come on Renee, let the fatties have her fun together. If not themselves, whoever should they find?”. And with that said, she laughed at me. Looks like her trait is working.

We were all used to that and normally we walked by. But the last days gave me a bit self esteem when I saw Susan with her sad and unhappy face. Renee is really a mean beast.

I walked to them. “Oh Renee, you really are stuck in the last century, aren’t you? You think you can offend me with that? I like woman...ok, what about it? We’re in the 21st century. Do you really think someone else here is interested in stuff like this. Only your girls cares about stuff like that!” With that, I took my water and poured it over their table. For pouring it over their heads, I wasn’t brave enough. The girls were stunned. I looked at Sarina, “You know, for saying stuff like that I should smack your ass. Only because you got a skinny ass, you think you’re better? That skinny ass, should be smacked, don’t you think!?!” I looked at her, and she looked to the right and left. But of course, she was to ashamed to admit, that she want to be punished. “If we were in a toilet, I would punish you.” I looked at her and saw a little blink in her eye.

I turned and Renee stood up. “If you were in a toilet? What did you just say? You’re disgusting! You little shit, you will clean that up. How dare you pour that water on our table!?! Clean that up...you...you little lesbian whore!” She screamed the last sentence. The canteen heard her.

I turned around and said, “No, I will not! And you see, nobody cares about what you say.” With that she looked around and all faces were on them. And after these years of insults, laughs about the others in the university, she saw that nobody was on her side. Especially not after her screaming just now!

“I will not clean that!”, I said to her. “You will clean that, by yourself! Everybody saw, you spilled it by yourself.” I looked around. The girls around them were quiet. They were to shy for nodding, but they were looking at them. “You clean that mess by yourselves!”

Renee was standing at the table and she looked stunned into my face. Sarina, Maya, Giselle and Bianca looked around their table. The shocked looks from the others on them, after Renee screamed. Sarina was the first, who slowly stood up, took a napkin and started slowly with cleaning.

Giselle and Bianca looked at each other, looked into the faces of the others around and stood up to. Cleaning the table.

Renee looked at her friends in disbelief, how they started to clean their table. She looked around her too. Everybody was looking at her, expecting a reaction.

‘Wow, 18 points, that must be so so embarrassing been for her! Cleaning a table in front of the half university.’

She took a napkin and cleaned the table together with her girls. Everybody was smiling and I saw little nods in my direction.

Susan a few minutes ago nearly crying, now looked at me and smiled.

While all the other students looked at them, cleaning the table. We walked to our corner and started eating.

“My heart nearly stopped, when you poured that water on the table. How could you do that Tanja?”, she asked me.

“I don’t know, I saw you, with your sad face. You’re my best friend! I wanted to help you.”

She looked at me and hugged me. “You’re a wonderful person Tanja, thank you!”

I smiled at her, “What do you think, how much points did we make?”

“I don’t know, but because of the other ones around, more than usual?”, she said. I knew her, she’s really smart.

I looked at the table from the girls, there were already finished. “We can look that up later, go to the toilet.”

“I don’t need to.”, she looked confused at me.

“Just go, ok? And wait for me.”

With a questioning look, she stood up and walked to the toilet.

I stood up too and walked to the toilet. On the corner I stopped and looked at Renee’s table. I waited till Sarina saw me. She looked at me, I smiled and walked into the toilet.
