Yes, to not disappoint her new friends

The woefully nude Melissa entered the waiting area to not only see eyes on her, but also the receptionist busy with another patient. Her first instinct was to just leave, too timid to interrupt. But then she remembered the gift from Joan and the others - it would be rude lose it after they bought it for her. Plus, facing them again while still completely naked seemed even more daunting.

So Melissa stood there awkwardly, shifting from foot to foot, trying not to make a scene and cover herself with her hands as she waited for the receptionist to finish. She could feel the stares of the other patients boring into her naked body. Surely the old man from earlier was openly leering at her with a big smile on her face, while the teenage boy was sneaking glances and then looking away quickly to not look like a **** horn dog to everyone else.

After a lifetime, the receptionist finally finished with the other patient. Melissa approached the desk hesitantly.

"Excuse me," she said softly, "I left a bag here earlier...?"

The receptionist smiled kindly. "Oh yes, here you go dear." She handed Melissa the shopping bag.

Melissa dangled it at her side. "Thank you," she mumbled.

She glanced around, wondering if she should try to get dressed right there in the waiting room, but that just seemed like begging for people to realize her nudity. She considered going all the way to the restroom to change but she didn't want to keep Chaz and friends waiting for longer than they have to.
