As she says this she gestures towards a cute girl who begins walking towards the back of the shop.

You follow, if Cerve did nothing more than eliminate the anxious part of this process where you try to describe a normal haircut using meaningless to you phrases like number of inches removed or whether scissors or buzzers are appropriate then she would have earned her keep and then some.
