Chapter 72

What had I forgotten?
Cums
Due to her new trait, she came when ****, indeed, she would cum and know she deserved it. This apparently counted. Her skin flushed and she shook slightly, a moan escaping her lips, just for an instant, before she took control again. I nearly missed it due to the Mission Complete popup and Perk Disabled popups, which distracted and relieved me far more than a handjob had. The grip the app had had on my mind had been horrific. Was it like that for everyone? Or only me, because I was aware of it? Or because of its nature? This was clearly supposed to be a punishment for me, while the rest of it wasn’t.
All pleasure drained from her face and she looked at me in fury, not about the handjob, but the clothing. As I started to ask about the orgasm, she actually slapped my dick, which stung like a bitch and I didn’t push it. Instead, I pushed all those thoughts to the side, and tucked myself away. “Well, I’m off to take a shower and start my work day. See you tomorrow, boss.”
“You fucker.”
“You want to change your clothes before going out there,” I said with a smile.
“You fucking think?” No points, no surprise, really, maybe the reverse order would have got me points if I could have made it stick, but I didn’t think I could.
A shower later, I submitted my updated proposals to all three section heads and requested confirmation from the Director that she’d truly intended to allow me to let the employees check out books, now that the ‘worrisome’ ones were up with her. Despite everything, I got back the one from Frannie stamped ‘Approved,’ instantly, probably to avoid giving me an excuse to bail on Friday.
The other two would take more time, and maybe some nagging. But Alyce’s secretary confirmed that books could be checked out, but that it was a new level of privilege, above merely accessing the library and both Medical and Security would need to sign off.
I then wrote up a request and Frannie delegated (for a one week period) her authority on that issue. I managed to grab Penelope at my final check-in for the head trauma…two weeks ago? Was that all it was?
She was perfectly fine with checking out books, so long as I informed her of what everyone was checking out, but would need more time to evaluate the other proposal. She signed a longer term delegation, premised on the reporting requirement.
And I got back to work. When Bane came in and started his ‘make them jump routine,’ I simply looked at him and said, “Stop that, if you want to get checkout privileges.”
“Que?”
I glanced at him, “Since we’re organized now, I got approval. Additional privilege for those who follow the rules, they can check out one book at a time and take it back to their quarters,” which was the term they used for cells in Arkham. “I’m putting together the list now, approval should be next week.” I wasn’t letting them know I was the final decision-maker, that was just begging for trouble.
There were only ever five or so inmates, no more than one high-risk inmate at a time, so Bane was the only dangerous one, but all of them were watching. Boredom was the biggest enemy here, though the non-high-risk inmates at least had a roommate to talk to.
I made it clear that any misbehavior would result in revocation of permission. Any misuse of checked out material would mean that no further permissions would be granted. Otherwise, the rules of the library were basically the same as they had always been, it’s just that violations which didn’t rise to the level of restricting library access would prevent checking books out until their next visit. And since they usually got one or two visits a week, that would be a bit painful.
The rules were simple:
1) No damaging the books
2) Quiet in the library
3) No ****
4) Be polite
5) First come, first served, no taking books from other people
6) No outside beef in the library
7) No weapons
8) Put your book back where you found it, if you don’t know where that is, ask the librarian for help.
9) No misuse of library materials
Some of those were rules outside too. In fact, I’d printed signs to that effect and posted them.
I was also printing check-out rules which were simple, because my proposal was to make everyone allowed, then pull it back depending on issues. I might have been able to get people to ask me to add them and gain some points, but frankly, that seemed risky as it would suggest I got to make decisions, so they should be mad at me about decisions they didn’t like. My rules were simple:
1) One book per visit, return at next visit in good condition.
2) Rule violations or damage to books mean no check-out that visit.
3) Anything which means you don’t get to go to the library, means your book has to be returned and that you won’t get to check out any new books until approval is received from Security and Medical.
I pointed him to the library rules and everyone checked that out. That meant the day flew by in a series of people demonstrating how much they wanted to follow the rules. Overall, I was able to get +2 SP with Peyton (+43) by directing her where to put books and how to use the card catalogue. And by giving the same instruction to my other targets, when they were allowed into the library, I got a +3 from Firefly for the same thing (+29). And Una was finally allowed into the library, and I was able to get a full +8 by giving her the tour, explaining the rule, the privileges and giving her orders on how to follow them, which got her to -25, which wasn’t enough for a challenge.
I’d managed to get used to her appearance from the app, but Jesus Christ, the giant hole in her head was disturbing. As was the fact that some stupid part of me wanted to fuck it, even though that was insane and pointless…
Friday would be another shot, then Monday I’d let them start checking out books. I was probably the most popular man in Arkham, just by not being a dick. The other thing I started hinting about was the possibility of getting more/newer books. At least if there was any money to do so. Half the crazies in here were loaded and if they donated books, it would only make me look better and make me more valuable to the prisoners. I didn’t mention movie night, too much risk it would be turned down.
Then I went home and rested, reviewing Diamond’s fantasy, where a meeting is interrupted by a criminal breaking in, holding them all hostage and **** her senseless because he can’t resist her ass.
I said I chose that one, instantly and told her to make sure she cleaned herself thoroughly and brought along a lot of lube. Perhaps she hadn’t meant it literally, but she agreed, and I got a +5 SP, getting her to +95. This time it would be at her house, but only about two hours, as that was the hole in her schedule. I wasn’t complaining, not if I got to fuck that ass.
I also looked through Asa’s socials, she had another sponsor, a local clothing shop that was providing her outfits.

Damn she was hot. I missed her. In that moment, I hated Andre.
But that passed and I got some sleep.
What did I wake up to?
