“Thanks for choosing me.” Vesili nodded, and offered a hesitant smile.

“You are very welcome.” Kaylen nodded back. “I’ll speak with you more shortly.” He promised, then turned back to the guild master.

Vesili turned to examine the other candidates she hadn’t paid as much attention to earlier, approaching where the women waited, finding it a little odd that they were all female, so far. She took a seat close by, but not too close, not wanting to invite conversation or draw too much attention to herself while there were still so many people around.
