Deciding of the three, the bus is likely her safest choice... who knows what a stranger might do while she can't see? And there's no way she could possibly walk across town without sight or help, right?

Turning in, what she hopes, is the right direction, Melissa starts walking, reaching out to feel for obstacles as she slowly makes her way across the parking lot, and towards the sidewalk leading away from the optometrist. Only stumbling a few times, though, managing to catch herself, she finally reaches the sidewalk, hearing the roar of traffic going past to her left... she heads north, towards where she remembers seeing a nearby bus stop.
