Yes(Surprisingly)

Melissa, now finally standing in front of Mary at the counter, can nearly feel the stares coming from behind her. From the sounds... the waiting room seems pretty full, and they all have an unimpeded view of her still...

Mary, on the other hand, is amused that Melissa is naked, even if she's a tad confused at..why, but won't question it, taking Melissa's demeanor, having her hands at the side... not covering anything, as a sign that Melissa doesn't mind the exposure, and so, decides to takes her time pulling up Melissa's file, seeing how long she can stretch this.

Melissa on the other hand is fidgeting, a mixture of **** humiliation... and a slowly growing arousal, all she wants to do is get dressed... but the past few days seem like they have done nothing but keep her exposed to strangers! Wondering what's taking so long... Melissa coughs, trying to get Mary's attention, before speaking.

"Um... Mary... I don't suppose you saw... what happened to my clothes when I fell, did you...?"
