Chapter 2 Interlude 1 – Marksman Chosen

“Welcome to the team.” Kaylen offered his hand to her and Talindra glanced between his face and his hand briefly before accepting his handshake.

“Thank you, Adept Gallowglass, if we are to work together, you may call me Lynn, most humans do.” She told him.

“Thank you, Lynn.” He assured her.

“My bow is yours, use it well.” She added as she returned her hand to her side.

“I’ll do that. I’m sure we’ll have time to get better acquainted, but I have another couple selections to make, so why don’t you sit with Ursa and Lyria?” He pointed, and she nodded before turning to make her way to where the human and half-giant women were sitting.

“Greetings. I’m sure you heard, my name is Talindra, but most humans call me Lynn.” She explained, mimicking Kaylen’s gesture and offering a handshake first to Lyria and then to Ursa.
