Back to Molsis.

Two days later, the two of you are finally back in Molsis, at the Adventurer's Waypoint, where you hand the Angel Threads you collected to the receptionnist who, after a brief inspection of the herbs, stow them away before getting a small pouch, handing it to you with a smile.

"Good job, you got more than enough Angel Threads for the quest to be completed ! Here is your reward."

Rei grabs the pouch and, right after opening it, inspects its content, before smiling back at the receptionnist.

"Nice, everything is there. Thank you."

"There is no need to thank me, I am only doing my job." Replies the receptionnist with a little smile.

Afterwards, Rei and you walk away from the Waypoint, your fifty silver coins with the ten gold coins Atsura gave you when you freed him. Well, you would have walked further away if you didn't hear someone yelling "We need your help !", making the both of you turn back to the woman who said it, before you start getting closer to her, curious about why she needs help.

The woman seemed quite young, like Rei, Shirayuki.... and pretty much everyone you've met until now. She was wearing a full plate armor, made of some kind of metal, you guessed as you saw the dark grey color of the armor, and she had a sword in its sheath on her side, the hilt, handle and sheath of the sword all being very basic. You listened to what she had to say after getting close enough.

She yelled : "The Legends Lady Kogai and Lady Melda asks for you help ! A large camp of the Chaos Legion had been discovered, and an higher-up is likely to be there as well ! The Legends asks you to help them defeat the Legion, while they will be battling against the higher-up ! The reward is two platinum coins per party helping !"

At the mention of the Chaos Legion, you started feeling a bit uncomfortable because of what you know about Atsura and Shirayuki, but when you heard the reward that was promised, you looked at Rei, who looked at you two, sparkles dancing in her eyes and her ears perked up, before she says :

"Two platinum coins ? It's incredible ! Imagine what we could get with that !"

Before you could reply anything though, the armored woman adds : "We will only be accepting the help of parties composed of at least three members, cleric included !" And hearing that, Rei's ears drooped, her tail wagging slowly. You felt the same way, like you got robbed. She gave you hope, before ruthlessly shattering this hope, and it hurt.

You couldn't really do anything though, as anywhere you looked, there was already parties of at least three people, up to five or six, and you were alone. So you started searching for either a party accepting the both of you, or someone who wanted to be in a party. Even if it took time, you would eventually find someone, right ?

Well, you were terribly wrong about that. The sun was already setting on the horizon, but you found no one who wanted you. All the parties were made of people who knew each other since months at least, and the lone questers you found were all interested in powerful parties, so you were still only two, and they still needed a party of three...

A bit depressed and mostly tired, you get into an inn. It was small, and not particularly good looking, but it would be sufficient for now. You make your way to the counter, before asking the price to the bartender, who replies :

"Five silvers a room, if ya need a big bed it'll be six silvers. Whaddya say ?"

You look at Rei, who blushes a bit as her eyes catches yours, before she says :

"We will take a room with a big bed, it that doesn't bother you, Adam."

"No worries." You answer with a smile. "I'm not against sleeping with you."

She chuckles a bit at your answer, before giving the bartender the six silvers needed. He then pulled out of somewhere a key, handing it to Rei, who took it as she thanked him, saying afterwards :

"Your room is the second on the left, upstairs. Be wary though, the walls are thin."

Once again, Rei, and you this time, blushes. You then make your way to an empty table, well, one of the empty tables. The inn was almost empty, so you had much choices. As soon as you sat on your chairs, a waitress in a maid outfit walked to you and asked what you wanted to eat.
