It was time to storm the castle now that Jenny had everything she could get to help arm herself. The nation had brought forth all their warriors, they had waited 3 weeks to build fortifications and forward bases in case of issues, the various factions that formed were assimilated and in position, there was nothing more they could prepare for without the forces of Tokyo also using this time to grow their strength, that is when it happened. She introduced herself as Meowsa with her 2 wives being Mewssa and Meoww. Though not Jenny, Meowsa had a similar saga of becoming humanoid and creating her own harem of sexy ladies while also conquering and bringing peace to Tokyo, creating the Infected Union. The IU was simple, they wished for peace now that they had won their hard-fought victory, they had no concept of nationality or sovereignty but had the internet so they knew about human rights and wanted those. In exchange, Meowsa would surrender her legion to Morioka and pledge to put their strength and will to their banner so long as they are treated equally and fairly. Though others obviously looked suspiciously, Jenny was the first to take action and shook her hand with all her guards down, showing what the other side thought was a sign of respect and trust, making peace talks go smoothly and immediately. The funny thing about it is that Meowsa was exactly like Jenny in attitude, though she was strong and dependable, she was dumb as a brick and only had her animalistic ferocity which allowed her to assess and beat enemies as a superior factor to Jenny, in all other regards she was beat. They were so alike that while Jenny's wives and Meowsa's lovers ironed out the details, the two sat next to a coy pond like nothing in the world had changed as they acted like children, talking about their adventurers and telling them about each other's wives.

By this point, the talks were finished and everyone came out to get the leaders of their harems and the forces they controlled to explain things:

• The originally untrusting harems grew immensely close after finding out that both their harem leaders were really DUMB
• Tokyo only just got out of a war for unification, so if they went ahead with the battle one side would have lost and the other would have collapsed due to division and outside pressures from the south of zombies that pushed out and made the surrounding states dangerous. However, given even a week to lick their wounds and Tokyo would have flogged the entire nation, even if they had united.
• Despite being on the other side of the closest mainland, Tokyo is in contact with international struggles and knows global affairs
• An election is going to be held soon for the seat of their president who will be working as 1 of 3 heads of the country, the other 2 will be for the representative of species and races who have their own council where every species and race gets a seat to decide their rep and the last will be a states governor who manages all the states and represents the issues of the states. The president is elected by the people, the species and races rep is elected by the representatives of the species and races and the states governor is chosen by an election by state governors who have proven to have made considerable achievements for the nation and its people while also servicing as a state governor themself.
• The south of Japan is going to be contacted diplomatically and observed using various means but the Morioka nation will not interfere and will instead build up their arsenals and trump cards as planned until they are safe and strong enough to push on the enemy and defend themselves.
