(Subplot) Julianne’s Cause

As she left Lexie and Mel, Julianne fought back the urge to go back and just hang out with them. So often she was called “wet blanket,” “princess tight ass” or any number of other insults that Lexie could put together to make her feel like she didn’t want to have fun. Julianne could hear all of the girls giggling in their rooms as she made for a quiet study and opened her laptop. Her background consisted of her and another woman who looked exactly like Julianne, only with her hair in a ponytail and wearing a pendant. Both of them were wearing nothing but a smile while hiking the Bender Mountain Loop Trail back home.

Julianne fought back the tears once again as she thought, (Jenny…I’m so sorry….I don’t even know what I’m doing but I swear that I’ll find you and get you out of that prison).

Most of the current girls didn’t know about Jenny and the few that did were the ones that were converted to Naked Forever with her. The only two current Glitches that still remember her are Barbie and Chantelle. Anyone else had left the Glitches, despite them finding the traitor that sent 5 women, including Jenny, to Naked Forever. Barbie had tried to reason with them but they felt that they would be safer by themselves than in a group that had already been targeted.

Julianne wiped the few tears that had escaped as she exhaled slowly. She clutched the pendant that hid between her breasts. It had a good luck charm of her twin sister and how she ended up with it always is a reminder to be careful at all times. She began to add in notes of her own regarding the UK glitches. She always made of habit of it any time a new girl was added to the Glitches. It helped her to rationally access them as people, but more importantly how much of a threat they posed to herself or any of her friends. She spoke out loud to herself:

Julianne chuckled about the third point as she made a habit of pointing out something that she found attractive. Jenny always encouraged to find something to help break the ice. Julianne may have taken it a step too far with her descriptions, but it helped her remember.

She went higher since her actions were going to affect the Naked Ambition scores of those around her whether she is meaning to or not. Mel is rough around the edges but she is genuine. Julianne wasn’t overly concerned since Barbie seemed drawn to her and she trusted Barbie’s intuition more than anyone in the mansion.

She stretched and closed her laptop while talking to herself out loud, “If anything, I’ll just keep a close eye on Mel. It shouldn’t be a problem considering I’m living with her for the next few months. I won’t lose anyone else…I won’t let you down Jenny…” She kissed her lucky pendant and headed back to the room hoping that Lexie and Mel were done.
