Pete tells all

Pete thought it over on the way back to the inn. He decided there was no way he would poison the town. These were real people after all. He might be a perv, but he wasn't a monster. That would be too far, even for him. So his only options were to brand one of the girls or wait and see what happens to him. Obviously he'd much rather the girls suffer than he did. From Vivi's description he didn't actually need their cooperation. It would be easy enough to sneak up and push the brand onto them, but Pete didn't really want to do that either. He would prefer to let the girls decide on their own. He knew if none of them volunteered he could always order Tiffany to do it. He was sure she'd agreed if he asked.

Pete wasn't looking forward to telling the girls about the brand so he meandered a bit on his walk. By the time he made it back he was the last to arrive, save Kelly. "Master!" Tiffany squealed when he entered, throwing her arms around him.

"Hi Tiffany, what'd you find out?" He asked.

"Well...lots of useless stuff. A lot of rumors of demon activity to the north of here, but nothing concrete. Oh and I ran into Kelly. She found a wrestling tournament and won't be back till later."

"That's what I heard too," Gideon chimed in, "To the north seemed to be a consensus, without a specific location."

"I met a witch name Alina. She said she heard rumors of a town called Gilhead with a very unique brothel run by a succubus. Gilhead is to the north of here." Leanne said.

"Good. Oh, Zahara, what about you?"

Zahara giggled, "Well I learnt nothing about your demon, but since I've decided to come with you I thought I should find a way of being useful. I found an elder to teach me a new healing spell. Still not a fighter, but I can support everyone else while they fight."

"Good. Ok now my news....I ran into Vivi," He looked at Zahara, "The demonness."

"What?" Kelly cried, "Did you fight here?"

Pete shook his head, "No. She gave me three items and disappeared. I have to use one of them before the timer on this watch goes off..." Pete explained to them exactly what Vivi had told him about each item. When he was done he looked around the room to see their responses.

Leanne was the first to speak, "This is an easy choice Pete. I think you should..."
