The Favor

It seemed like a normal day, until it wasn't.

I was just minding my own business, walking home with Jasmine, when Chad grabbed me.

"JOSEPH" exclaimed Jasmine before she was punched in the gut by Brad, making her fall. Him and Jin held her down as Chad threw me on the ground.

This was bad.

"Get up and fight" said Chad. Fine. If he's giving me a chance, I might as well take it. I stood up and threw a punch, but he grabbed my fist and kneed me in the gut. I collapsed, barley able to breath.

"Get up" snapped Chad. I didn't know if it was smart, but I did.

I got up over and over again, and got knocked down over and over again.

"STOP. PLEASE JUST STOP" begged Jasmine as she cried, being pinned to the ground. I was struggling to breathe, and blood was on my face. But I still stood up. I looked Chad in the eyes, and saw a change.

He was impressed.

"Let her go" I told him. It looked like he was about to say something, but was interrupted.

"Grab him" said Astrid as she walked over to us. Chad hesitated, but did so. He grabbed my arms and **** them behind me.

"What did you do to Heather" she demanded.

"Nothing" I said, only to get hit in the face by her purse. Ow.

"You think you can collect girls like collecting Pokemon and get away with it" she snapped at me before hitting me again.

"That's not what this is. I love them, each of them. And they love me and each other. Do you really want to take that away" I said through blood stained vision. She tried to hit me again, but I feel to the ground as Chad dropped me and grabbed her arm.

"Astrid, enough" he said. I looked up in shock as he held her.

"Chad, we had a deal" she snapped.

"The deal was to beat him up. But this is torcher" he said he started to walk away with Astrid trying to fight him.

"This is too much"
