The rally was going well. Turn out was good and the counter protestors had been fairly tame so far. Lura was about to take the stage for her speech condemning the racist patriarchy of the country and she could see the red hated racist with their hateful eyes watching her. Those looks resembled the ones the cops who were meant to protect us.

One man had her worried most with his red MAGA hat. He’d licked his lips in a way that made Lura’s flesh crawl.
