The Bar

"I'm going to the bar" said Taylor defiantly “Now open the door”

“Okay” said Mark before opening the door for her, Taylor makes her way down the steps "wait" shouted Mark

"What?" said Taylor

"You forgot your jacket" replied Mark

"I'll be fine without a jacket, the bars across the road" said Taylor

Taylor left the bus, jogged across the road, past the gang of black men and entered the bar, Taylor is shocked to find that the bar is filled with only black men, all eyes are on her as she walks up to the bar.

"Can i get a shirley temple? please" asked Taylor as she took a seat on a stool

"Uh i guess" replied the barman

"Oh and where's your bathroom" asked Taylor

"In the back through that door over there" replied the barman as he handed over her drink, Taylor took a sip before turning around to look for the door and noticing all the men were still looking at her
