The changes to Jones manor

Fred made his way to the Jones manor. Wondering just what exactly Daphne was up to and how he was going to deal with it. Sadly, he wasn't really coming up with anything considering after his mom's **** and her getting together with Velma they'd had nothing to do with each other.

To be honest, he couldn't remember saying a total of 50 words to her in the last couple of months. Most of which were just hello as they passed each other by the hallway, and I'm sorry when he accidentally bumped into her. So yeah, their relationship had gone from fake dating for popularity before his mother's **** to total strangers, which is where they are now.

Fred honestly had no idea why she seemed pissed at him. Honestly, he had more of a reason to have beef with her considering she took his money to come with him to fogfest but instead went with Velma and sides with his mom and Velma that he was a screw up because his mom thought knowing how to make perfume and hypnotizing people for some reason made her a brilliant CEO who knew who should run the company rather than an abusive wife and perfume seller.

So yeah, not a big fan of Daphne was Fred, but he was learning to let things go because otherwise it would just eat at him because, sadly, despite having several legit and legal reasons to sue Daphne and Velma for all the things they had done to him, he couldn't because they were part of a protected social class, and if the heir of a major company goes after people in the protected class, he might as well put a KKK billboard on his company's main building before setting it on fire.

So those were Fred's dark thoughts on his social life at school as he pulled into the garage of his family mansion. Parking his van next to all the other deluxe vehicles. While it was out of place next to them and Fred could ride any of the other better cars, Fred chose to ride the van because he painted it while out of his mind on his mother's experimental medication, and it reminded him of where he came from as long as he had to go.

Fred made his way into Jones Manor and headed straight to his father's study to talk to him. Though once he made it through the door, he found he should have knocked because he found his father in a rather compromising position with Velmas mom Diya Dinkley. For which he rapidly shut the door, making his apologies as he made his way to the kitchen to make himself an afternoon meal and try and forget what he just saw.

He was fine with his father's new girlfriend honestly, though you think his dad getting with the mom of Velma, who seemed to want to bathe in his own tears on a daily basis, would make him rather nervous, but it didn't, for Velma was an abusive child and had been torturing her mother Diya for years, eventually driving her away.

Sadly, this drove her into Fred's mom, who proceeded to enslave her through hypnotism like she had done to Fred's dad years before. Making her conduct immoral brain experiments on innocents's victims, though once Diya was freed from control she had to live with the atrocities she had committed while under control.

This caused her to seek out Fred's dad, the only other person whose mind had been enslaved and could truly understand what she had gone through. This caused the two to bond and eventually fall in love, which Fred was okay with because for once he saw a woman who his father loved and who loved him back in turn.

Sadly, this only spurred more hatred from Velma, who saw this as the Jones family stealing her mom, ignoring the fact she had driven her off years ago. So Fred had to make due with the fact that not only was the brown gremlin Velma that seemed to have the police in her back pocket on him, but now so was the violent psycho cheer captain wonderful.

Though at least he got something out of all the drama. For once, because as soon as Diya was settled into the Jones family, she immediately began firing many members of the staff and helping Fred's father rehire new staff for the Jones estate.

Now, while you might think this is a bad thing, it wasn't because all the previous staff was hired by Fred's mom, who was hired specifically to be obedient to her only and to make the male Jones members miserable. The problem was that once she was dead, the staff's **** had gone on so long that both Fred and his father thought it was normal to be treated like crap, and honestly, maybe they even deserved it based on their thoughts on the matter.

It took Diya settling in and seeing the damage the previous Jones matriarch had done to the men to realize they needed help immediately, so she helped them first by convincing Fred's father to get rid of everyone that was there just to make their lives hell, and once they were replaved with people that actually did their jobs, she began a campaign to help repair the men's sense of self-worth.

With this act of kindness, things had begun to really change at the Jones estate. So while Fred does agree his school life isn't the best, it is worth it because he gets to see how much better his home has become and get closer to his dad and learn what having a mom is like, which was a bit late but better late than never.
