"Damnit!" Antoine said, looking at his email.

"What's wrong?" Elizabeth asked, alarmed.

"That place we put an offer on in Jamaica. They sold it to someone else," Antoine said, disappointed.

"Damnit is right," Elizabeth agreed. She was really hoping they'd get this one. She wanted to get out of the rat race, and have lots of time for just the two of them. They just needed an exit opportunity. "But they'll be something else that comes along, I bet."
