Zagreus clears some chambers

After Zagreus clears a few chambers he comes across a new enemy

Zagreus: a wretch... a female wretch? I thought the only women down here were witches... oh well it doesnt matter, im sure they all die the same... unless?

The female wretch looks like it has a degree of sentience beyond an ordinary wretch and looks Zagreus up and down as if he was some candy
