Brace yourself!

After your senses snap back into reality, you find yourself a good sixty feet off the ground. You gasp. Quickly, you slap your boots together to activate their magical effect. Your descent slows, though only partially. The magic can only do so much when eight people are pulling down in tandem, even if one is a pixie. Thankfully, your party isn't completely hopeless. Luna immediately takes flight, sending out a sparkling mist of power from her set of four wings. Behind her go Summer and Taiga, buzzing into the sky. Finally, Delphi flutters away as well, looping through the air before diving down towards the ground.

Now it's just you carrying Niki, Eva, and Amara.

Eva screams and holds onto her skirt as it's aggressively blown up. Her face glows red, especially given her blouse is hardly on her body even in optimal conditions. Amara grabs you tight and doesn't let go while her hat flies off her head--eyes shut and frightened. Niki, however, draws her shield and throws herself beneath the rest of you. Without any difficulty, she slams into the ground ahead of the rest, and stands to catch the three of you in her arms.

Niki is exceptionally strong. On top of being a 9th-level warrior, her strength and durability have both been bolstered by her Rite of the Sun markings. At this point, it may be near impossible for any normal circumstance to injure her at all. And with ease, she guides you all down to the ground.

"Phew," Eva sighs, brushing down her skirt. "It makes it so much worse that I come out dizzy."

Amara lets go of you and retrieves her hat to place back atop her head. "Ah. But it is a miracle we can even travel as we do."

"Indeed." Taiga lands her metal boots down onto the grass beside you. "Thank you for lending us your power, Demon King."

The rest rejoin the party as well. You've made it, or at least as close as you could manage. There's nothing but small, rolling hills in all directions, with only the odd tree here or there. You can't see the Pecho Stream, so you're not certain if you landed on the right side, though far in the distance you can make out the beginnings of a forest. Hopefully that's Silverleaf, meaning the opposite direction will take you south.

"Right then." You take command. "Luna and Delphi, fly ahead. Summer, you go west. Taiga, east. Don't go far. Stay within visual range of us. See if you can find anything that may be this Stone of Happiness next to a couple of trees. The terrain nearby should be somewhat rocky if it's a cave entrance nestled between the hills. Let's see how much land we can cover. The rest of you, come with me. We'll peek around the immediate area on foot."
