Next Few Days

Homecoming was the next interesting thing to happen, but there's a few isolated events to go other.

Somehow, I was able to get Mio over to my house for dinner.

"This is really nice. But you sure I should be here" she asked, making Lyn laugh. Yeah, she was here too.

"It's fine, trust me. You're our friend" she said. The blush on Mio's cheek was adorable.

Later, I just got out of the shower and was wrapped in a towel when I opened the bathroom door.

"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" droned Mio as she just stood there.

I was sitting in the park with my dog one day, just enjoying some alone time. I love my girls, but I still need some time for myself.

"Hey, it's that the loser you like?" I heard Astrid say to Heather. The two were nearby, but didn't know I knew they were there. So, I took my phone out and listened in.

"He's not a loser. Well, he kinda is, but that's why I like him" said Heather. You know what, I can't deny that. I am a loser and I'm proud of it.

"It's like you just woke up one day and decided you liked him more than me" said Astrid. I don't like the sound of that.

"Girl, I'll always be your bestie. But maybe you should join us during lunch. You would be surprised about how interesting the nerds can be"

Sure enough, Astrid joined us the next day. She's never been mean to me, just always ignored me. But given how she never said anything to us, I get the feeling she doesn't like me very much. That, might be a problem.
