"Wouldn't she count as proof we did the quest?" I asked. Jiana turned around and pondered before responding.

We all agreed to just head back after our meal. Chelna had brought in some food she had in the storehouse and after hesitantly eating it. We went back into town the next day after we put all our gear back on. We entered the town together and headed towards the adventurers guild. Jiana gasped and looked at Alys.

"100?!" Alys exclaimed and she giggled at the excitement. "We thought it was only 1!" She sounded abashed.

"Yea... that was a high level... quest... for a reason." The goblin woman spoke and shrugged a little like they should have known.

Okay maybe my group is a little more air headed than most, but they’re great because of their faults.

"Well... I'm glad I found you girls when I did then..." I stated and patted Jiana on the back. "Time to celebrate?" I added as I picked up the bag. We left the adventurer guild in a gleeful mood with a new future before us. We set all our combat gear back in the inn and then left for the tavern.

I smiled at the girls as we all walked to the booth the tavern gave us. Delilah trailed along behind me without saying anything. The table was big enough to fit 6 adults but when it came to Chelna sitting with us she took up one whole side. with barely enough room for one person.

"Can I sit on your lap Chelna? We don't have enough room..." I spoke and Chelna sighed in frustration.

A random elf woman was joining Tia in a shots contest and Chelna and I were just idly drinking in the corner of the booth.

"I can't go wrong with such an excellent drink~" I laughed with her and smiled warmly at how happy she was getting. I turned back to my own cup as we had a little while longer before we would leave for the night.
