Girls Day Out Part 1

Heather POV

Ok Heather, you can do this. Just try being as nice as you can to these two. Maybe you can get them to forgive you and then get them in bed. Ugh, no. Just focus on being friends first then you can think about being lovers.

I was sitting on a bench in front of the mall, waiting for Amy and Lyn to meet up with me. I know I'm a little early, but it's still been a while.

"You actually showed up. That's level one passed" said Lyn as she walked up to me. I'm guessing level one is video game talk.

"I'm serious about this" I told her. Lyn just sighed and sat next to me.

"This better not be a plot to get into Joseph's pants" she said. Well, it's not like that isn't my end goal.

"I'll admit, that is the end goal. But I've realized that I really do need to change. Him rejecting me was a wake up call" I told her. This seemed to satisfy her, thankfully.

"Sorry I'm late" said Amy as she ran up to us. The poor girl was panting from running.

"Easy there. You don't need to run. Have a seat" I told her as I sat her down.

Here's a little fact about me, I'm a mom. Not literally, but I'm always mothering Astrid when she gets out of hand. I know I'm a bitch, but I do care about those close to me. Wow, I guess I was masking my compassion with bitchyness.

"Alright, let's get this party started" exclaimed Lyn as she grabbed Amy and ran into the mall. Oh boy, this is going to be interesting.

All the excitement that Lyn and Amy had was almost completely gone once we got into the dress shop. I don't think I've ever seen two girls more nervous before.

"This may have been a bad idea" said Amy as they shyly looked around. My god, they are adorable.

"What's wrong girls?" I asked them.

"You might be used to this, but I don't exactly feel too good about myself" said Lyn.

"Neither do I" said Amy. Ok, these two need a confident boost.

"What are you talking about, you two are beautiful" I said as I wrapped an arm around each of their shoulders.

"I don't know" said Amy as she looked away.

"I know I've always put others down for their looks, but I don't actually believe any of that shit. That's just what my parents wanted me to believe. Anyone can be beautiful just the way they are, they just need to be confident in themselves" I said to them. This seemed to get them to smile.

"Come on. I saw some dresses that I think you'll both look great in"
