Actions of the Magic and Science sides

"Why didn't you correct that earlier?" Touma panted, looking at Othinus as she shunk herself back down into his pocket.

"Oh, just wanted to keep the Erokami from getting cranky~" The tiny girl said coyly, hiding a very satisfied grin. "And you don't have to worry, we probably only have to do one more thing with it after all that~"

"Probably!?" Touma yelled in frustration, before just sighing to himself. "Such misfortune..."

In the windowless building in the center of Academy City, the city's founder observes all of this, pondering.

This didn't seem to be the actions of a magic god. He'd know, given he considered himself their enemy. They were known to mess around, but this seemed to have a different motive behind it.

Deciding this was worth observing, he put several of the surveillance systems on to keep tabs on them. It was also likely that the Magic side might find out about this. Best to plan to make use of anything, after all...

In the far off country of England, an interesting (if familiar) report had made its way to he head of the Church of Necessary Evil, Necessarius.

"Hmm..." Laura stuart pondered, observing the nature of the reports from Academy City. "It seems the Kamijou boy has found himself at the center of something again. Send word to Kanzaki and some of the Amakusa Catholics to investigate."

The archbishop of the Anglican church pondered to herself, hiding a grin. The nature of what her spies had sensed seemed familiar to her, and in a pleasing way. Perhaps she should figure out how to set up her karma to justify her visiting herself...

Touma sighed as he walked up the stairs back to his apartment. He had mercifully avoided running into any girl he knew, so he had gotten his hopes up that things would be normal at home...

What an lucky fool he was...
