Act 3- Malamute City

If anyone is coming here from Start a Quest and have not read the parts where Eris discovers the Merchant and Red Light District, it means you missed some chapters starting from Audience with the King.

Eris stares out the train window as the scenery slowly transforms from rolling plains to snow covered hills.

“Wow…” She marvels.

Malamute City is a colony in the far north of the continent. The most efficient way to get there is via train, which also transports the city’s primary export- coal. However, Basenji had informed them that the Demon General, a Yeti, was destroying the tracks, causing major disruptions for both the Capital, which required coal for power, and the city, which was losing workers and money to the Yeti attacks.

“I hope Daddy joins us soon.” Eris mumbles to herself. She had left a letter at the inn informing Adam of their destination.

Finally growing bored of the endless snow, she turns back to the interior of the train cabin. The five of them, minus Eris, had pooled their funds to get an entire compartment to themselves. Marcus is currently napping on top of one of the bunk beds. The others appear to have gone to explore the other parts of the train.

What should Eris do now?
