You - Prince Alexios Laskaris

You are prince Alexios of the Laskaris dynasty. You were born in the year 905 to the prince Alexander Laskaris and his wife Irene Skleros. You were taught many things growing up, from martial abilities, to honing your magical powers, to statesmanship and diplomacy. Technically you are not the heir to the kingdom, whoever marries your cousin Anna will take that job, but it is just as important for you to know. Despite being taught all of these things, the combat and warfare is your favourite part. You are a prodigy in all things related to combat. Because of this, you and six of your childhood friends have formed an elite military unit named the 'Sacred Band of Illaus'. Your unit is used for shock warfare and infiltration. Even in battles outnumbered 3 to 1, when your unit enters the fray all hope is lost for the enemy.
