Chapter 40 by conceptmonger conceptmonger

What will you do?

filled with shame, try to find somewhere to hide

As the Council adjourns, the weight of Jabba's dismissal settles heavily upon you. You're left adrift, feeling exposed and **** in the wake of his distraction. The pain of being discarded so callously by your Master stings in a way you hadn't anticipated, leaving you with a hollow ache in your chest.

With a sense of urgency, you begin to seek out a hiding place, **** to escape the prying eyes of the Council members who now mingle around the chamber. Spotting a nearby stairwell, you hurry towards it, hoping to find refuge in the depths of the building.

As you descend deeper into the labyrinthine corridors, a sense of unease settles over you. The darkness seems to press in from all sides, casting eerie shadows that dance along the walls. It's in this dimly lit solitude that you encounter two Hutts lounging lazily in the shadows.

One Hutt, a corpulent figure named Zalto, leers at you with a slimy grin. "Well, what do we have here? Lost, are we?" he drawls, his voice dripping with lascivious intent. His massive body undulates slimily.

Your heart pounds in your chest as you realize what you've stumbled upon. The Hutts' intentions are clear, and the proposition they're offering lands upon your mind already numb with loss. You wonder if Nyx saw you flee down here.

His companion, a thinner Hutt named Vorda, though still very bloated, chimes in, "Looks like someone needs a little company. What brings you down here, sweetheart?"

Your instincts scream at you to run, to find a dark corner and disappear, but the Hutts block your path, their eyes hungrily appraising you. Panic sets in as you weigh your limited options.

Zalto slithers closer, his tail twitching with anticipation. "Tell you what, darlin', we can make your time down here a lot more enjoyable. A little fun, a little company, what do you say?"

Vorda chuckles, "Or, you can keep hiding in the shadows. But you might not get far."

Trapped between the looming figures of the Hutts and the suffocating darkness of the stairwell, you're faced with an impossible decision. Should you agree to their advances, knowing it would enrage Jabba, or do you take your chances and flee into the depths of the building, hoping to find safety in the darkness?

What's next?
